Despite the fact that the check in is at 3:00pm, my room was not ready for me even after 4:00pm. The receptionist had an attitude.

The staff was exceptional! Everyone was working very hard to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel was short staffed. We had to ask a few times for our room to be serviced. It was not serviced until after our 3rd night. There was food/garbage left by the microwave ice machine station on the 2nd floor for several days.

Traffic interstate noise on north side of bldg makes this a "2nd tier" pick. But I should have known better! Lovely rooms & property!

The free continental breakfast had so many options! Exceeded expectations. The front desk staff were amazing. So friendly and helpful. I am used to listening to a fan to sleep and they found me one. Beds were comfortable.
