Rooms Were good..

The convernience of parking car on the property & shuttle to the airport. Steve & Tommy are excellent shuttle drivers.

The price and location It can be cleaner.

I will not returning.

Dirty, very smelly room, filthy tv remote

Exterior doors allowed all visitors that received a text of BBQ tonight to participate in experimental samplings, that would have triggered a response from Law Enforcement, had the known. The front desk registration said to me, "Oh the residents are having a BBQ outdoors". Flames were high into the air. Inside assigned room discovered several holes in curtans allowing light to penetrate a sleeping person. If you don't mind timing your shower due to black mold seen in ceiling and walls, and ceiling opening above to reveal black mold. If you are not queezy about seeing blood on the bathroom wall behind the door, this one lacks any sign of SAFETY REGULATIONS. When requesting another room the manager, Vinney stated, "and when did you notice this". I asked Vinney, and how long have you known about this? Housekeeping smiled and nooded his head in affirmation to the Safety of the guests and staff as well are being jeopardized. A trucker came in requesting a room for the night. He specified ehich hallway he wanted. The front desk staff replied,"none of those rooms are available". The person stated he know what was going on. Ifyou don"t mind encountering a stranger regarding black mold in bathroom, he replied this" wholebuilding has black mold". What a treat if you do not care about the supplemental mold

It was absolutely terrible. It took two hours to check in the power. Went out three hours. After being in there the rooms were dirty. The sink bagged up the refrigerator has stains in it. It was just absolutely terrible. I left the hotel three hours after being there still waiting for Refund

The room was disgusting!!! The floor had sticky spots and crumbs!

We were very disappointed in this hotel. Afyer check in we pulled around and found 2 dirty diapers in the parking lot. As we walked in there was rotring watermelon in the grass and a random bbq grill outside. Once we got into the room i realized there was dog feces outside of our windows. I looked to my left and there were dead bugs encased within it, one of the bugs looked to be a dead cockroach. There were cobwebs everywhere, wven around the mini fridge. Bugs and hair throughout the drawers and bed. When I showed the man at the counter the picture of the bugs in the frame he blew it off and said it was nothing because they were dead. He told me he would move my room but at this point I could see how mishandled the entire place was inside and out. I asked for a refund and was yelled at. We will never stay here again.

Convenient to our purpose Dirty stairwells; dog food spilled down the steps for three days, unvacuumed. Shower rod half disconnected at each end, making the rod dip and the curtain slide towards the middle. Towel rack loose and dipping forward. Decorative art is hung sideways!!!!! The refrigerator froze our food. Fruit loops from the previous guest were here and there on the floor in the room. On our second and third nights, we returned to our room to find the key didn’t work and we had to go get it rekeyed. They didn’t ask for idea or anything, just the room number, so I assume we could have said any room number and they would have keyed us to get in there. The manager indicated it was probably our fault for keeping the key near keys or electronics, rather than in the paper holder he provided, but my husband had been keeping it in his wallet. The breakfast was minimal, and maybe because of guest theft or something only a few items were put out at a time, so if you were behind a few other people the only choices left were cereal and waffles.

The room was big. The bed and bathroom were clean. Furniture was old. Bed was hard. They ran out of hand soap. Ran out of cups for coffee. The pool looked green. The power went out while there so there was no air-condition.

From the hotel staff to the whole complete stay was amazing There was pool hours but it was understandable

Nothing it was a bad experience the poll freezing cold my room was already slept in my someone that was the second one cuz the first one we stayed in smelled of mildew and carpet was wet

The room door lock didn't work so anyone could just walk in even if you thought you'd locked it on the inside. The alternative room was not clean; false eyelashes on the side of the bath from a previous guest. The cleaning staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Helpful staff will stay again!!

the housekeeper goes above and beyond superior service Yes, it's a dump outdated trash all over the property outside and they gave me a problem with my 2 service dogs

Nothing I did not like it. My coworkers were mad because they said the place smelled bad.
