Hotal in poor condition. Smells bad, carpet worn out, hall ways never cleaned and the breakfast they offered was not there, one yorgert in cooler, two pieceds of bread, really nothing to eat. This property should not be listed on your website.

Carpets were so dirty was waiting for flees to jump out of them hotel was so hot no ac in building breakfast looked like it had been sitting there all night and stale just bad place furniture in my queen suite was falling apart light fixture cord was cut off light and room lighting very dim for options it had bed very hard and only 2 small pillows on the queen bed

This property rated as a 7.8 , which should have been a 1, if rated correctly! We bought our luggage in from the car and right away, I said to my husband, do not even remove the luggage from the cart as we won’t be staying. The room was not cleaned, the towels were dingy, the carpet was filthy and the tub had some kind of greasy or oily residue. I had went to the front desk to speak with someone regarding a refund for the dog fee. The other man asked if I was having a late party that evening because I had requested a jetted tub. He thought I was going to entertain people because of the tub request. I informed him that I would not be having a party as my husband and I are somewhat older and that the jetted tub request was for my aching muscles and bones!

Not bad, but the rooms could be cleaner, especially the floors that’s really my only complaint

We came in town for the Morgan Wallen concert. Our room was not ready when we arrived at 4PM. When we did get in our room, I don't think it had been cleaned, Dirty sheets, dirty towels on the back of the bathroom door. Toilet paper was gone. We got ready for the concert and left, never came back. We drove 3 hours home after the concert.

The room was in a state of disrepair, the humidity level was very high even with the A/C set low. While advertised as non-smoking you can still tell the room we had was previously a smoking room.

The sheets were dirty. There was left over food left in our fridge. The towels were all stained.

Upon check in, the lobby area and parking lot were very dirty. We checked in and went to the room we were given at 3:38pm. When arriving at our room, the door was not fully closed and we were able to push the door open with no issue. We walked in and the beds did not have any sheets on them, there was still garbage in the room and when I picked up the phone to call down, there was an oreo smashed in the receiver. I went back down to get the room switched. We were given a second room that was not done getting cleaned either, but the attendant was in the room finishing up. The attendant was speaking on the phone with her friend (which is whatever, I understand those jobs can be boring) but she was speaking about some pretty vulgar things we could hear in the hallway. After we were given access to the room, we started to unpack and get ready to go out our plans. As we opened and closed more doors in the room, we found more garbage that was not cleaned up from the last stay, but that this point we needed to get ready quickly and leave for our event and did not have time to ask for another new room. No apologies were given for either room.

Customer service was good It was dirty, smelly, our smelled like a wet dog. There was no breakfast in the morning as stated. Overall stay was poor and even disturbing.

The room had dirty, heavily stained and dirty bed sheets and pillowcases, garbage cans left full from a previous guest, a large dead cockroach on the windowsill, a very dirty bathroom with a mouldy shower curtain, floors that had not been vacuumed, mould inside the refrigerator, and a door that would not close properly. The lobby, hallways, and elevator were also dirty and had no air conditioning, and the stairwell smelled like rotting garbage. I asked the front desk for clean sheets because we had nowhere else to stay, but was told the hotel was sold out and there were no clean sheets or towels available. I also overheard other guests being told the same thing. We did not sleep in the room, shower, or use any amenities and we did not feel it was sanitary or safe. With every other hotel sold out, we ended up sleeping in our car at a rest area instead. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I cannot recommend this property. I feel as though most of the reviews have to be paid for as this place is completely unacceptable and gross. I pick hotels very carefully and feel very mislead from the reviews. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else!

Carpet was not clean in room. Bed was good. Overall, the hotel seemed tired.

Dirty,staff, stocking for breakfast disnt happen!

Nothing Everything, it was dirty, the cleaning lady was cussing and screaming at someone in the office, tubs were dirty floors were dirty I had no sheets or pillow cases on the bed. Took them hours to get back to us about our room being available and we even got there an hour after check in started

Front desk help was the only positive thing about this place. Super nice gentleman. Unfortunately he said our room number out loud in front of other guests… absolute no no. The first room we had stunk so bad & had a moldy substance in the bathroom so we had to switch immediately. My daughter has allergies to mold & she reacted immediately z The 2nd room had an indescribable stain on the chair, the door didn’t lock & there was a 1.5” gap at the bottom. You could literally see people walking by in the hall at the bottom of the door. No exterior locks or security on building would have allowed anyone to come in and literally walk into our room with a small shove on it. We left the hotel immediately and went to a different hotel. I didn’t ask for my money back- I was just happy to leave with my daughter unharmed. This place needs serious work, a real good look at security & I wouldn’t even recommend letting a Dog stay at this place.

Yeah at the entrance and dirty laundry pulled in halfway when I checked in. Also all lamps did not come in till I tightened the bulbs. The tv would not switch off, so I sleep with a silent tv all night.

Pool dirty and stagnant

Location to my drop. Room was not ready, lamps didn’t work, old bed sheets, no pillow cases, trash not taken out, dirty bathtub, and no new towels. My wife didn’t even undress for bed nor shower.

Location was conveniently located Room was not very clean, chips from previous occupant still on floor, motel smelled awful. The temperature control unit was noisy, not leading to being able to get a decent night's sleep. There was not much of a breakfast, the "juice" from the machine was a sugary watered down neon looking substance, definitely not orange or apple juice. The coffee was empty and what food was offered was definitely unappealing.
