The lady at the front desk was very helpful

The room was clean ac worked great and the staff were super nice

Location was good water was hot for the shower The bed was hard

Room was nice, staff helpful. We liked that red roof inn is pet friendly. Unfortunately constant weed smell in the hallways. Overall our stay was good.

A remarkably average stay. No interaction with staff beyond initial check-in. A good value for its location near Ypsilanti.

The location of the hotel There was a hole in the bathroom door that was there when we entered the room. We did notify staff. The parking lot was too small

Clean and good for the price

I got this room around 10pm at night- due to my personal air conditioning having problem, just needed sleep for work - the power went out and the air never came back on around 12:30am, so we left around 5:30am because it was hot in the room, money wasted.

Staff was awesome Def had bed bugs my dad had one on him in the morning and found another while in the car

Was under the impression that Plus meant that it had better amenities than a standard Red Roof. Definitely not the case, Property had off putting odor in the hallway, door frame was rusted out in the bathroom, no other amenities in the room (ie microwave, fridge) AC had dirt and lint in the output register like it had not been wiped down. Had the room for 2 nights, almost left after a few hours but toughed it out.Parking lot was just as sketchy, people in their cars in the corners of the parking lot all day (unsure if people were guess of the hotel or just staying in the parking lot), definitely did not feel comfortable parking close to the entrance by my room. Parked in the very front under lights. Definitely would not recommend this property.

The Hotel was in a convenient place. It was easy to get around and the staff was really nice The room was very clean and was in a good location and I felt comfortable

Right where I needed it to be Nothing

The location was great. A nice walk to nearby restaurants on the water, and close to the freeway for airport access. Facilities were a little dated, but clean. Coffee machine in the lobby was out of order.

The beds were comfortable, the majority of everything was cleaned and stocked, and the staff was very kind and really helpful when supplying new towels I did notice some stains on the linen and towels, and you could tell the walls were a bit dirty, but those could've been stains that couldn't come off. The same goes for the linens and towels. They were clean, just some unwashable markings. I recommend keeping an eye on what gets put in rooms, though, since some guests might not be as calm about it

There were vagrants hanging around the property and particularly at the back, where I had parked because I was travelling with an elderly person and she needed to be close to the room and the outside door where we parked. Now, the staff was outstanding. They did all they could to help me and I appreciate it, which is the sole reason I am not giving this property zero stars. However, the property smelled awful. The room they eventually put me in, which was not the one I reserved and paid for (the room I had reserved and paid for had a dead fish smell in it and we could not stay in that room because it would have made us sick). The room they put us in did not have a fridge nor microwave, and smelled like smoke. Further, there were people just hanging out in the stairwell, which had a stark smoke smell to it as well- a mix of weed and cigarettes. It was just awful. The room itself is worn-down, with visible paint defects, the tub had caulk that had mold; it was just grungy. I will not be staying here again. For $100, I expected WAY more. They also don't have breakfast, which when compared to other "economy" hotels, for the price, there should have been at least coffee. There wasn't even coffee as the coffee maker was "out of order".

The hotel is as expected for a red roof inn. You get what you pay for, but it’s a decent place to stay if you’re just passing through for a night. I just needed to get away for a day, so it wasn’t bad for that. The property needs a lot of patching up. Lots of water stains and dents in the walls/ceilings. Housekeeping isn’t as thorough as they could be, specifically with sweeping under places. I had to fix the AT&T card behind the tv, so that’s how I saw all the mess. Sheets and pillows and towels were clean though. The bathroom was decent, minus the spider I had to shower with. I know that sounds sarcastic, but at that point I took it in stride and was leaving that morning. Other than that, I wouldn’t judge anyone needing to lay down for a couple of hours and staying here.

This is where I stay when in town. Enuf sed. Always welcoming and peaceful rest.
