TownePlace Suites by Marriott Detroit Belleville

Nicely accommodated room. The king room is pretty tight on space but nicely set up. We only there for an overnight before an early flight so did not get a chance to enjoy the amenities. Breakfast was good and concierge staff was very helpful. We will definitely stay here again next time we’re in the area.

The mini suites were confortable however found the rate too expensive. The furniture outside the property was very worn out and dirty. Need replacement. The maid service ever other day is a poor decision. We had to ask for towels twice, this is poor service

We were told there would be a $100 pet fee for our cat, but it was absolutely worth it. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a very functional desk that made it easy to work. The biggest surprise came at check-in. The staff asked if we would like a cat tree placed in our room before we arrived. When we opened the door, there was a brand-new cat tree already set up! It was tall and sturdy, and our cat loved it and used it throughout our stay. The kitchenette, dishwasher, and convenient location made everything easy, and we were extremely happy with our two-night stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean and comfortable... good breakfast

Normally this location is stellar, but this last trip there were a few issues for us. Front staff from morning crew was not very attentive.

Clean After paying Booking.com, when I checked into the hotel they said that I had to pay at the property. So I had to pay again.

Electricity was out for half the day our first day. Very inconvenient

Friendly reception and helpful people

Overall, great stay again. The room was very clean, the only complaint i would have is hair in the bathroom, not mine. I know it happens when you clean, hair gets left behind. It is one of my peeves so I thought i'd mention. Otherwise, I like this place a lot and will be back.

Staff was very helpful, and rooms were very clean.

All of the staff was extremely helpful with anything that we needed. The breakfast was great and the variety of food available changed each day. We will stay at this hotel whenever we travel back to Belleville.

We had a very nice stay. Clean no smoke friendly staff delicious breakfast. Sleep with a fan, they had one to borrow, awesome!! Like home.

I have stayed here more than once and it is great value, modern and clean. Breakfast was excellent. Staff was great except when we went three minutes over the check out time collecting our luggage. At that point a jacketed house staff stood guard outside our room until we left a minute later. Very abrupt and rude in my opinion

Clean, quiet and well kept. Pool was nice. Decent stay. Only issue was the oven in 'studio' room. It wasn't sufficient for baking.

I loved being able to cook in my room! Ive never been anywhere that had a full kitchen!
