Staff is super friendly and helpful, even switching my room at check-in to a room i stayed at before and liked. This is my stop in Omaha when im traveling.

Clean & comfortable room. Waterfall faucet in the bathroom sink was too close to the edge of the basin, making it difficult to wash your hands without getting water all over the counter.

The hotel was quiet and clean. AC unit was quieter than most. The beds are comfortable. The pool isn't heated, or if it is, it was very cold.

Our over all stay was excellent. If we were to recommend something that needs updated...defiantly the breakfast. The oatmeal was like soup (very watery), the eggs were very tasteless, potatoes dry and way over cooked, the waffle batter was so thin (mine waffle was not at all intacked). However, the ladies who cleaned our rooms were top notch, as well as the lady who works 3-11 made just made our stay excellent! Give those girl a raise!! Thanks it helps us to look at other Hampton Inns more now😊

The breakfast area furniture was very tired looking. The weekend staff in the breakfast room were very slow to refill items such as eggs, coffee and creamers. One of the staff in that area stood and watched the other do all the work.

The pool was so cold that you could not stay in it. Being an indoor pool, I definitely did not anticipate this. This was one of the main reasons that I booked this hotel because I had my five year-old granddaughter and we had planned to spend time in the pool. When I reported this to the front desk, they said “ we’ll have someone look at it tomorrow.” There were several people down in the pool area, and everyone said that it was too cold to swim.
