Staff not helpful when you asked a question.

Of a seven day stay there was breakfast meat only two days and one day no eggs. VERY limited fruit. When checking in and requesting a room on upper floor (of nearly empty facility) was told there were "no two-bed rooms" on top floor. This was a blatant lie. Two nights later was awakened by children running back and forth in room above us until at least 11:00 pm. Spoke with desk clerk in the morning who apologized, said we should have had an upper room and offered to move us. Already unpacked. And the thought of packing, un-packing and repacking was not acceptable to me. Also we were told that the lodgers above us were checking out that day. Fine. The morning of our next to last day awakened at 2:50 AM by children running back and forth above us again. Called the desk and was scolded by the clerk saying they had just been checked in and couldn't possibly have made noise for over five minutes as I claimed. The running lasted for at least a half of an hour. So, if you want "special" accomodations - like the top floor, don't stay here. I know I won't again.

The security of this hotel, lighting, quiet enjoyment of all aspects from parking lot to room, make this an incredible value and a gem while traveling. Bravo to Microtel/Wyndam for an excellent stay.

The staff are professional I like everything but there was a panic with my tv and when I was calling the front desk to see if they can help about the problem, unfortunately the man came he couldn’t fix my tv. It was fine later.

The staff was super nice. Breakfast was nice. Very clean and smelled fresh in the room. 24h excess to coffee, tee and water and even had some yogurts when we arrived late, which was great for kids. The beds were a bit uncomfortable as the mattress was constantly snapping on the wall when you turn in bed.

Location is at the prime spot and safe. Casey's is just opposite to the hotel. Breakfast was good and the kids liked it.

Location and breakfast was great. Room was very clean and beds comfortable. We got an upgrade because a small issue with the TV. Staff handled in a timely matter.

Everything was great, from the friendly staff to the clean and comfortable room. I especially liked the early morning breakfast! I took a cold shower in the morning d/t a broken part that wasn't allowing the water to heat. It was an unforeseen problem, that once aware, the staff was able to easily fix

Location, and had stayed last year EVERY the TV was powered on, had to get the staff to come to the room, reset…staff did what needed to be done, but were understaffed…gave explanation that TVs were new… Every time A/C started up, sounded like bearings going out…reported problems, but got the feeling they had been previously reported, but not addressed…

Mentioned “did not see your adjacent room request but told I have request for baby basinet” though both are requests in same note. Funny!

Hotel is clean and quite There's no fridge or iron in the room. The wifi is horrible to use on a computer. Breakfast and coffee is not great.
