From the outside the hotel looked pretty good, however, the rooms were far less desirable. Very old and not maintained. Stained sinks, dirty carpets, bathroom floor badly in need of repair, cobwebs in the corner, etc. staff never present, with a sign that they would be “right back.” Not enough seating for breakfast, juice was basically water. I could go on and on, but needless to say, I will never stay at another Microtel.

The room was tidy, clean, and well kept. The only issue I had, was the bath tub drainage plug wasnt working so it kept draining water, but not natural big deal.

Mud and blood on room carpet Moldy smell

Staff was great. Very friendly and personable. Outside of hotel was very nicely maintained and the area was decent. The rooms were very poorly maintained and the bathroom was horrible. Paint peeling off the walls, grungy floors, etc. definitely needs improvement on the inside.

This hotel is my go-to whenever I visit my mother in Omaha. It’s clean, comfortable, and the staff is always super pleasant. You can hear a considerable amount of hallway noise with the elevator ding and the crash-bars as people open the door for the stairwell, but the indoor climate control system systems do have a nice white noise that helps drown that out at night. The gym there is really minimal – you’re better off going a run around the trail behind the hotel. They do have quite a bit of breakfast available: muffins, toast, yogurt, fruit, and hot food.

This location was convenient for our visit, but the beds were very uncomfortable. Also you had to navigate the TV with two remotes. We stayed 2 nights and I had to go find a maid to give us towels on day 2 because no one brought any. Definitely not worth the price they charged to stay there. Would not recommend unless you hate being comfortable.

The breakfast offering was okay and pretty standard. On my last morning, there was not hot food offered (eggs and meats generally offered). Short staffed so the breakfast area was not kept tidy. Overall, not a great value for the money paid ($300/night including taxes) during the College baseball world series.

Breakfast was not great. Eggs were weird, powdered maybe.

Okay hotel; needs renovations; but clean.

Helpful with tv remote. Breakfast adequate parking easy. Nearby food choices

I had never stayed in a Microtel before so I wasn't sure what to expect. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was exceptionally clean. It was quiet. I will definitely stay there again when I go home to visit. The only negative was the TV was pretty small but I wasn't there to watch TV so it was no big deal to me!

Beds were comfortable. Bathroom had obvious mold in the shower. Evening staff was difficult to locate, and made several check in errors. A major error - mixed up bookings of people with the same last name.

When we checked in there was a mess up on our room. It was already occupied so they gave us a new upgraded room no extra charge. The Young Lady at the desk was very professional and polite to us also.

Great place to stay! Great price, comfortable, quiet!

Price A/c makes a loud noise in room 205 at this location and mattress rolls to the center
-
Food and gas where next to building I had to clean the table and sink in my own room. It was covered with food and makeup The mattress was probably the worst I’ve slept on. It was uneven and hard. I could feel the springs in it. I don’t usually complain about places but it wasn’t a great stay. There was no room for people to sit at breakfast either
