Nice and helpful front desk staff. Quiet area, a lot of parking spots, and clean room.

Little worn down. Leaky shower curtain, wet bathroom ceiling, no shampoo. Good place to crash when needed.

Great location. Quiet and good access to walking paths.

Negatives: Not the cleanest room I’ve ever been in, curtains were dirty, just looked a little run down and dingy, shower head leaked. Had to ask front desk for dishes, they aren’t automatically provided, no dish soap provided. Hotels.com said breakfast was provided, but it consisted of muffins in plastic, nutri-grain bars, instant oatmeal packets, and coffee. Hotels.com also said that a gym nearby is available for guests, that was false and there is no gym. The room does not have a smart TV and the signal went in and out, making it almost impossible to watch TV. Hotel is cheaper than others for good reason, and it was ok, but definitely could be improved upon.

Asked for ground floor because of bad knee but was given second floor with no elevator. Rooms not cleaned daily. HVAC cleaner arrived before we left for the day. Charge more than quoted. Other than that, it was a decent stay.

Everything's fine. Obviously not a 5-star hotel, but great experience all around.

The staffs were nice. The location is 30 min drive to Seattle downtown and around 50 mins by metro. There is a small coffee bar for breakfast that they told us it’s from 6 to 10am and we went there around 9:45 and everything was gone and when we asked there was another reception that said it was till 9:30 and there was nothing than coffee and tea to have! Overall it is a good, nice and affordable place to stay.

I wouldn’t stay here any longer than 2 or 3 days top. My iPad wouldn’t connect to the WiFi and the outside was dirty. It was good enough for us to use to go to the World Cup.Location was fine many stores restaurants close by but traffic to get in and out of the was a nightmare. No carpets was a plus for sure.

Exceptional

The person who checked us in (I believe his name was Mitchell) was the NICEST customer service person I’ve been around in forever!! He was so awesome and helpful!

The room looked very clean. We would have liked a couple cups in the bathroom for when we brushed our teeth. I also caught a faint urine smell in the bathroom

Not much. Quiet though Looks shabby in doors. Dingy linens, dark rooms, poor lighting. Says breakfast but bare bones. Disappointed, will never stay at extended stays going forward.

Easy access to light rail. Pretty neighborhood and very walkable. Nice, friendly staff. Breakfast was not good. Not enough towels, although we got more when we asked. Bed not comfortable. No glasses in the room. Very utilitarian.

The location was great and the room was spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable. The listing said breakfast included however it was minimal with only coffee, instant oatmeal and packaged muffins. We were hoping for more options or at least some fresh fruit.

Room nice and clean. Refrigerator not really working as well as should.

Mitchell was excellent and a great asset to your company. Give him a raise and promote him. Could have used a little more space in the room.
