Bad service

Location and walking trail close to hotel The first room had not been cleaned. They did accommodate us moving to another room which was helpful. Breakfast was advertised but it only included coffee and breakfast bars so it would be helpful to provide more details that it is more breakfast snacks vs breakfast.

The rooms were outdated and they never had clean towels available. We have to wait two days to get new towels.

The rooms were unclean. The floors were dirty and black. The sofa and drawers had food crumbs from previous guests. We requested for plates and bowls which were not available for 2 days. We had asked for cleaning service which they did after multiple reminders on the 3rd day of our stay. The shower curtain and tub had mold.

Really bad service no happy people

When we arrived to our room there was no toilet paper. We looked around the room. There were large piles of hair behind the exit door, more under the bed, and another pile by the toilet. YUCK

It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The wifi was so wonky that it was difficult to maintain connection to the internet.

Given the next-door proximity to Microsoft's campus I anticipated at least a moderate to good experience. This stay, was not that.

Our check-in was quick and easy for a 3 day/evening stay. Our room was very clean with working appliances (full sized refrigerator, microwave, etc). AC unit blew cold with an updated thermostat. Only reason a 4 instead of 5 is that we never had housecleaning staff come by to make sure we had towels, make our bed, etc. Maybe that service is reserved for a Marriott type hotel? In any case, it was a great location (20-25mins from everywhere) and we’d DEFINITELY stay there again!!

Nice and helpful front desk staff. Quiet area, a lot of parking spots, and clean room.

Breakfast was a grab and go and was very minimal. Other than that, the staff were very nice and the location was superb.

Little worn down. Leaky shower curtain, wet bathroom ceiling, no shampoo. Good place to crash when needed.

Great location. Quiet and good access to walking paths.

Negatives: Not the cleanest room I’ve ever been in, curtains were dirty, just looked a little run down and dingy, shower head leaked. Had to ask front desk for dishes, they aren’t automatically provided, no dish soap provided. Hotels.com said breakfast was provided, but it consisted of muffins in plastic, nutri-grain bars, instant oatmeal packets, and coffee. Hotels.com also said that a gym nearby is available for guests, that was false and there is no gym. The room does not have a smart TV and the signal went in and out, making it almost impossible to watch TV. Hotel is cheaper than others for good reason, and it was ok, but definitely could be improved upon.
