Beautiful view & hotel!

The views were amazing, hotel was beautiful, dinner was great. I wish I was able to stay longer.

This is the best place to stay in Bellingham, by far. The rooms themselves are spotless, spacious, and have nice views and huge bathtubs. The toiletries they provide are nice products and they smell great. The proximity to the downtown fairhaven area is also great because you can do a little walk around the boardwalk and over to the shops. Overall incredible experience, this was my second stay and I’m coming back anytime I have a reason to be in Bellingham for a night.

It is always delightful to stay at the Chrysalis. The view is always special and every room we have stayed in features the view and giving you every opportunity to enjoy it in a peaceful way. The food is always good; the location is perfect for walking around and exploring; plenty of things to do around Fairhaven. If you have a car, driving through forested areas to the coastline; lovely. Spa treatments are first rate and relaxing. People ask us why we go to Bellingham/Fairview; staying at that Chrysalis is our reason.

The property has been very well maintained and the location is beautiful. We really enjoyed the deck overlooking the pier.

This was a comfortable room in a very well kept place full of friendly employees. We had an awesome view of the bay. Food was pricey but delicious, and service was great. There's frequent trains that go by, but they don't use their horns in this area. I was quite pleased with the railfan opportunities, and it didn't bother us in the least. If it has been an issue, I could have used the earplugs they provide in the room. Parking was touch and go, and at the mercy of what was open on the street or in the small parking garage. Not the best parking situation, but it didn't sway my opinion about the inn.

The staff was wonderful and the location is fantastic.

Outstanding in ever way except would like a few more coffee pods. Bellingham & Fairhaven are other reasons to return.

Great time, as always! We’ve stayed many times. Never disappointed.

I enjoyed the friendly, helpful staff of the hotel and restaurant. The decor is inviting and there was always something more to catch my eye. The grounds are beautiful and quieting, and the view from the hotel is spectacular. I love that we could access the trail right from the hotel grounds. Our breakfasts at the restaurant were delicious, and the prices fair.

room, bed, view, and bathtub cost, trains at night but they did provide ear plugs and it ended up being fine.

The climate control system took forever to cool down. Woke up at 2:20am because the fan was too loud. It turns out the room was 75 degrees. By 6:30 am it had cooled to just 73 degrees —not fun, especially for $247.

Beautiful view, even though our room was a side room. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly. We also enjoyed having happy hour on the patio.

The room was nice but the property my seemed quite dated for the price.
