Nice entrance area good location Room smelled like sewage. Was told no other room options. Air conditioner did not work.

I have stayed at hotel at various times and ownership for over 40 years. I like location. I would replace entire reception crew. No phone, no remote control in room. Used cell phone to call hotel. Rooms are extremely extremely, extremely extremely NOISEY!

Unfortunately, we had a terrible room with no window and a sliding door leading out to the indoor pool plaza. We did not ask to be switched due to the fact that we didn't plan to spend much time in the room. However, without proper ventilation the bathroom smelled like mildew each morning and the room was too warm even with the thermostat turned way down on cool. I mentioned the problem to the check out staff and her response was "thank you for letting us know and we will inform housekeeping." She did not offer any apology or compensation for our discomfort. Overall the desk staff seemed young and inexperienced. The rest of the hotel was nice and my mother enjoyed meeting a friend at the restaurant. I think we just got a bad room.

Hot tub was down. No fan in the fitness centre was super hot. The day of check out, I’m very glad I had my deadbolt on because housekeeping didn’t even bother to knock just tried over and over to open the door before I had even showered. About 9am.. I was to checkout at 12pm. Again, 11:45 she tried to walk in as we were about to walk out, I then barked at her that this is the third time with them. I had not checked out ! Read your check out lists.. follow peoples wishes if they’re paying to stay at your hotel, I don’t think fresh sheets and respecting someone’s morning is too difficult. Also maybe notify the hot tub is down. I’ve stayed alot of places I wasn’t very impressed at all. Would’ve rather had a stay at the best western.

This was such a nice place with so much space for our gear. My husband and I had just returned from a backpacking trip and had so much gear with us. Usually we feel really cramped in hotels, but these rooms had an armoire that was so spacious and accommodating. The beds were perfectly medium firm with wonderful pillows. And finally hotels are getting wise about allowing guests to stream from the room television. Wonderfully nice and helpful staff. Just so kind and generous. Actually staying at this place made my husband and I want to come visit the city again. It was that perfect.

I loved the location of this hotel. We were not only close to my daughter but close to Western Washington for her graduation and there was a grocery store with a Starbucks right next door. Plenty of other stores around too. Our room was quiet. The room we were in definitely needs more lighting. Also, I felt like the carpet in that room needed a cleaning. It wasn't horrible it just didn't seem clean however, that really could have a lot to do with the poor lighting. Things look cleaner or more dirty when there's good lighting, depending.

The location and cleanliness were top notch. The breakfast is delicious and the kitchen staff are very nice. The dog friendly rooms, multiple exits and toileting areas are a nice touch. I feel like the cost isn’t worth the quality, they seem to cheapen out on everything. The sheets, bed, multiple shower liner cracked repairs (just replace it) and thin towels just don’t warrant the cost in my opinion.
