Lavissh Inn & Suites

This hotel ended up charging me 3 times the total cost. I am in a credit card dispute because the property manager refused to work with me and dismiss the fraudulent charges. Originally, I was charged 4 times the total cost and only one fraudulent charge was returned. I went to the staff every morning that I was there and they assured me the charges would "fall off" because they were initially "pending." The charges did not "fall off" and it has required me to go through a lengthy process to get my money back.

Friendly staff We liked it but breakfast could have a few more items... some fruit, maybe some hot items.

The walls are paper thin I could not just hear the people next to me banging but I could literally feel them. Called 3 times begging to be moved and they absolutely would not accommodate me what so ever. Tried to make me pay $70 more USD and I’m Canadian so like $100 more to be moved or told me I could leave at 1230 am Turned the ac on and smelled like mould. They clearly haven’t been cleaned in years. You can see the build up from afar. I asked for a towel for the hot tub. Got it up to my room, unfolded it and there was a big hole in it. Bathroom floor has what looks like men’s body hair on it.

Close to highway Could hear big trucks sometimes but the air conditioner took care of the rest of the vehicles

The lady at the front desk promptly gave me another room when I told her that there was a psycho lady in the room next to mine constantly cussing and screaming at her little kid, and she said she was going to investigate what was going on. That poor kid. Can't imagine having a mother like that. I also liked the hot tub and breakfast included. Only the psycho lady, but that's not the fault of the hotel.

Nothing Our room was dirty and found someone’s dirty sock. We had a water leak so we heard water running all night. Hotel is located right next to highway so traffic noise. We were told the manager was going to call us but they never did.

The breakfast was good, but items did run out quickly and there were several days when no fruit was made available at all. The room that we stayed in needed a deep cleaning. There were stains on the walls, the sheets had some holes in them and the cable tv box was disconnected from the wall. It wasn't terrible, but I questioned whether the room was clean.

Drove in & saw sketchy men outside milling about.I was about to unload but all of them stared me down. so I left. canceled no refund. This place seems to be a homeless shelter that is also taking on saying guests avoid.

It’s so hard to find a place that’s safe, clean, and a good price…this met all three. The room was small, but clean and had everything we needed…absolutely everything we wanted in our stay. Nothing.

I liked the variety offered. I'm GF so the yogurt and instant oatmeal was nice to have. My husband enjoy the waffle maker. Maybe 4 pillows instead of 2.

All we did was sleep there. Our flight was out at 4 AM so we don’t have much to report.

Convenient location and overall good facility, was once a high-branded hotel. Everything fine.

Breakfast is very basic but fresh.

Partner and I stayed for a night and it was a good stay for the money spent for sure and in a central area to get it things pretty quickly

Great location, in room fridge and microwave. I didn’t appreciate that I would be charged $25 to check in an hour early. I arrived in Bellingham early, so I thought I would ask, since I would be staying 3 nights. My room was ready, but I couldn’t access it without a charge.

The blackout curtains work well. The bed was comfortable and pillows were comfortable. I had a really good sleep. The staff is friendly and the room was pretty clean. I do think some maintenance should be done. When walking in the shower the floor of the bathtub felt soft and above the shower there were spots that were raised on the ceiling but painted over that looked like a leak. Also a few stains on the carpet. It was vacuumed it just looked like a deep carpet cleaning should be done more frequently. I do think the housekeepers did a nice job cleaning the rest of the room. We stayed for two nights and do wish there were more than two bath towels left for us. But in general I didn’t mind the stay and I do appreciate having a friendly staff. Thank you The stained carpet and there wasn’t a pleasant smell in the hallways. Also I noticed the area you can get Ice was very dirty.

Very limited breakfast, overall clean, some updates have been made in rooms. Very quiet and good location.

Front desk not very helpful. Overall would not ever consider staying there again.

There's a $50 early check-in fee, even five minutes before 3 PM, but there's only one staffer to check in the line of guests that all arrive at 3.
