Absolutely loved Hotel Leo - would recommend if you’re visiting and want to explore downtown Bellingham. Excellent staff and restaurant. Only small issue was the laundry app, but staff was amazing at helping to resolve. Will book when visiting Bellingham again.

Great location, history, and preserved architecture with a reasonable price. We stayed here for a concert at Mt. Baker theatre.

Location is a plus. Very limited parking (had to find street parking) bed was not comfortable. Room smelled like moldy smell. We were shown a different room but it was freshly painted and paint smell was very strong.

The property was lovely….clean, friendly staff and very convenient to all we had planned in town. Our only disappointment….We wished the bar had stayed open later on a Friday evening.

The gym was fantastic. Only issues were a leak under the kitchen sink and a leaky kitchen faucet . We will definitely stay again.

An interesting historical building. They need proper black out curtains that cover the entire window. I thought for the price we paid that the amenities would be a bit better. I think they need to do some updating of the rooms.

I enjoyed the lovely view of the bay, the comfy couch, the ability to watch a movie on Netflix, and the walkable downtown in the vicinity of the hotel.

We opted to stay in the one of the historic hotel rooms - it was a 2 bedroom with tons of space and a full kitchen perfect for a girls weekend in Bellingham! Didn't anticipate the train noise, but the ear plugs helped a lot!
