Pool party upon my arrival. Had to change rooms immediately to a lesser room at same cost due to noise of pool party.

I stay here a lot...great location for all the activities I frequent

Our stay was amazing. We checked in late at 11:58pm and our clerk was so friendly, energetic and helpful. The breakfast included was delicious. My husband forgot his toothbrush and the woman at the desk gave him a toothbrush, toothpaste and said she had other amenities if needed. She granted us a later checkout at 11:30, rather than 11:00.

Hotel com would never use them again beware my room rateswas more than on line rates once charged and when phoned about it not willing to do anything about the increase.

1) Although the venue could use updating, the staff truly helped make our stay most pleasant! Yesterday, my elderly parents were locked out of the room because the security lock opened from the inside of the room after we left!! 2) Also, upon entering the room you were shocked to see disgusting feces still in the toilet!! I reported it to the front desk and they were quite apologetic and offered to have it cleaned immediately. We arrived so late (so tired) so we asked if housekeeping could clean the next day which they did. 3) automatically a couple days after this, our room was not cleaned and we did NOT have the do not disturb on the door.
