Home2 Suites by Hilton Charlotte Belmont

Nice hotel. Clean and comfortable

Everything The pool had a lot of leaves in it.

The pool was a little underwhelming and located on the side of the property, but overall the hotel itself was great. The only issue we experienced was with Google Maps. The directions were incorrect and led us to the Firestone parking lot off one of the main roads. To reach the hotel, you actually need to turn toward Walmart, or you can access it from the main road by turning onto Park St. Hopefully this helps future guests avoid the same confusion! Overall, we had a very good experience and would recommend the property.

Modern property, very clean and very well designed. Everything was easy and convenient. Breakfast was very good. Room was well equipped. Bed was comfortable. Clean place all around.

Staff was fantastic!

Superb

The room was spotless and the hotel staff were very friendly!

All good. Location and surrounding area was good

Very welcoming staff, clean facility, and comfortable rooms

A special thank you to the housekeeping manager. As we were packing up to leave, the hatch on my vehicle broke. He went above and beyond by helping my husband get it repaired. His kindness and willingness to help turned a stressful situation into a much better experience, and we’re very grateful. The only minor downside was that I accidentally left a hat and a pair of sweatpants in the closet. I called after we got home, and unfortunately I was told they hadn’t been found. It was my mistake for leaving them behind, but I am a little puzzled as to what may have happened to them after we checked out. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

Everyone was so nice and helpful. Rooms were awesome.

Clean and nice

Our key was deactivated because they thought we checked out. When we went o check out they said we weren’t supposed to check out until a different day.

Location was right off the highway which was great as we were just passing through. Rooms are nice and spacious, lots of storage space, full kitchen. Pool area was nice. Breakfast was good, loved the yogurt machine. There wasn't anything we didn't like.

Wonderful property… Clean, friendly staff, and generous breakfast offerings. Would definitely stay again in the area.

room was well set up for multiple uses...had a lot of extras compared to other hotels

Staff was amazing, they helped accommodate our family 2 room reservation so we can have conjoining rooms. Beth at the front desk was amazing, as well as the other older gentleman. I didn’t get his name but helped us when our children locked our room. The breakfast was amazing, room was clean, we are definitely coming back!! 10/10
