A special thank you to the housekeeping manager. As we were packing up to leave, the hatch on my vehicle broke. He went above and beyond by helping my husband get it repaired. His kindness and willingness to help turned a stressful situation into a much better experience, and we’re very grateful. The only minor downside was that I accidentally left a hat and a pair of sweatpants in the closet. I called after we got home, and unfortunately I was told they hadn’t been found. It was my mistake for leaving them behind, but I am a little puzzled as to what may have happened to them after we checked out. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

Our key was deactivated because they thought we checked out. When we went o check out they said we weren’t supposed to check out until a different day.

room was well set up for multiple uses...had a lot of extras compared to other hotels

Staff was amazing, they helped accommodate our family 2 room reservation so we can have conjoining rooms. Beth at the front desk was amazing, as well as the other older gentleman. I didn’t get his name but helped us when our children locked our room. The breakfast was amazing, room was clean, we are definitely coming back!! 10/10

One of the best vale hotels we have stayed. Very clean, new amennities and very well loctaed.

It’s not up to par with all the other Home2suites. Dirty carpet in room, also a dirty rag left by our sink. Weird. Won’t stay here again. Breakfast was awful.

Very nice hotel! Staff was helpful and friendly and hotel was very clean. Breakfast was very good as well. A quiet and restful stay! Would highly recommend this hotel.
