My room and bathroom was very clean but the toilet didn't flush properly. There were also a lot of cigarette butts on the ground out back in the seating area behind the pool that residents left even though there was a cigarette butt container and a big ashtray. The front also had an empty black and mild box in the ground. The staff was great though. Very friendly and helpful. The room was very cold so I changed the temperature and put it on low. Breakfast was good but it's best to go early so you get fresher food. Overall it was good. I would stay there again as the mess outside seemed to be caused by residents not being respectful of the property.

Friendliness of all staff encountered was superb.

It put it down to 1/2 the reception lady (who seemed to try her best) and 1/2 the systems which she said were upgraded that morning. 1) Could not find booking. 2) Took us to a room that had not been cleaned. 3) Took us to a room that had someone in it. 4) Delayed to then find us a room which was available and clean. Got that room. 5) 30 mins in when we were trying to sleep, someone walked in with another key. Reception apologised....

John at the front desk. He was so attentive and kind making sure we had everything we needed. He went above and beyond. Also night shift lady that was there Saturday, Alice I think, was very friendly and helpful getting things ready for the next days stay. N/A

Funny smell in the building but staff was great

The hotel was over-rated. Our room was old and dated. The mirrors were dirty. There were stains on the carpet...disgusting stains right near the bed. The can light was coming out of the ceiling tile and the faucet was loose on the vanity.

Room safe did not work, room wasn't cleaned well The carpet turn the bottom of our socks black. Power outlets at the nightstand didn't work. The pool needs a professional cleaning and proper chemical levels.

The staff was wonderful. We were visiting family and they accommodated that We had to reactivate our room keys every day that we were there. It is a shame you do not have a service elevator for house cleaning

The pool could have been cleaned more often! It was pretty bad our first day.
