Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was nice, everything I needed. Plenty of parking.

There was a nice, large pool and breakfast had a good range of foods. Beds were comfortable. Maintenance was poor- driveway broken and cracked, pool ladder broken, room tub discolored.

We stayed during some really hot weather and the hotel never seemed really cool. The elevator was actually blowing heat? The hall smelled like someones kitchen. It was just an ok stay especially for the price

Breakfast was fresh and hot. The AC in the room did keep us nice and cool.

It felt like a bait and switch. The room was dirty. There were stains on the bead spread. The bathroom was dirty. The entire hotel had a very moldy and musty smell to it. We didn't stay here.

It's in a very convenient Beloit location off I 39. Plenty of restaurants nearby, and a gas station across the road,

Room & beds were clean. Overall a restful night as no noise noticed. Toilets wouldn’t flush even after maintenance contacted. Bathroom needs update and thoroughly cleaned as shower drain wasn’t connected and black & brown crud on light/fan.

Good location, front desk staff very friendly and accommodating. Condition of bathroom in our room. Main area showed it had been updated and was clean. The bathroom shower was dirty and there was mold on the ceiling.

Nice Breakfast and hot showers. Our toilet was black mold and lots of it, the room smelled moldy. EWWWWWW!! I took pics. I normally am not that fussy. Huge potholes in the parking lot coming into American Inn!! 2 Trucks with landscaping trailers parking sideways in prime parking spots occupying 8 slots each at the end of the day. Total disrespect for tired travelers.

The room was clean and the staff was nice. It’s not a big hotel, only two stories. In a good location and pretty easy to get to. It’s just a redone older hotel I think so they are trying and doing a good job of keeping up with the bigger chains.
