We stayed in a pet friendly room which looked great, was clean but smelled musty and of animals. I guess to be expected when you bring a pet to a pet friendly hotel. The staff was quite friendly and helpful.

This is a budget hotel and nothing more. The building is dated and needs repairs. The pool area is dirty and the water is cold. The breakfast is OK. I would give it a two star rating. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is no hot tub.

Bear with me on this one. The hotel itself is renovated and nice other than they should have put vinyl plank rather than carpeting when they redid the rooms. There is great air conditioning but no dehumidifiers so everything felt damp and the carpeting is getting a musty smell from not drying properly. My real concerns with this hotel is the owner. At check in, we were advised that there is an additional $2 charge that Expedia doesn't collect and we had to pay that in order to check in. Then, when I went to request some extra towels, he tried to make me pay $30. They brought a chair to our room as there was only a desk chair to sit on and on the way out the door, he actually grabbed one of the towels off the bar in the bathroom. The next morning when my husband and I went to breakfast in the lobby, when we came back to the room, he was in our bathroom checking the towels. It was so offensive. As much as the hotel is decent, I will never stay there again due to this owners attitude.

Hotel was fine staff was nice and rooms were clean. Issues checking in because Expedia messed up reservations and double booked us

Loud people next door. No other rooms available

We enjoyed our stay.

Everything - I got a 1st floor room w/an unexpected upgrade (a VERY pleasant surprise)! The room had a cool (but not cold) temp & was VERY quiet. Breakfast was also very good (bacon, eggs, juice, & coffee). In fact, it kept me full for over 300 miles & kept me from having to stop before I got back home! ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.

They cleaned your room two days in and they were very nice! When I was checking out the front desk guy had asked me if I had fun

Breakfast was good, can definitely improve but it was ok !! A couple of different options as well! There is always room to improve on cleaning,a couple of spots, hairs here and there...but I am not the kind a hard annoying always complaining for every little detail person!

Staff was amazing

Breakfast could have been better. More fresh fruits, a bit few more selection.
-
Pool was very cold. Breakfast was limited.
-
Clean, convenient, breakfast was fulfilling. Hotel had a nice scent.
-
Very quiet, considering two buses of young students checked in. With the quiet and comfort of the bed, we had a great nights sleep.
-
I'd take a brush to top waterline pool w bleach.
-
The vending machine did not have a "tap" or any way to use a debjt/credit card cash only.

Breakfast was limited. First, the rep attempted to charge me several extra dollars when I checked in. When I showed him a copy of my confirmation stmt, he finally removed it. But what REALLY upset me was I was assigned a 2nd floor room. When I asked him where the elevator was, I was told they didn't have one, & I'd have to take the stairs. I told the rep I was 70 yrs old, had bad knees, a large suitcase, & there was NO WAY I could climb a flight of stairs. Eventually I was reassigned to a 1st floor room.
