The bed, the shower was great and loved the towels as they were not too thick but were very absorbent. The facility didn't have drinking water available for free or for purchase.

it was a great location to easily get back on the road. The only suggestion I would make is they might want to hire a window washer for the entire building. Otherwise I was perfectly happy with my stay.

The room was very clean. Even though the parking lot wasn't large, they let us park our small trailer there. The breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly. There were a lot of stores and food options close by. The room had a slight, odd odor. Seemed to be a lot of other guests hanging out in the parking lot and drinking. I know that's not the hotels fault, but had I been there alone it would have made me uncomfortable.

They charge all there customer a $6 service fee and states that it shows when booking and that’s not true. Also the rooms smell and has lots of moisture in them

It was comfortable Staff was not really friendly. Nobody came to the counter for a while and front desk staff were just dry. Zero customer service . Room service was terrible, literally everyday me and my husband had to walk to the person with the cart and get basic items for the room because its was past 2p and no one had came yet .

The host upgraded us to a suite. Nice! Only thing is it was on 2nd floor. We're seniors and there wasn't an elevator.

Location is convenient to the highway and a short drive into Beloit. The hotel is very clean and the room was cleaned every day. That is something special these days.
