Very convenient location. Housekeeping staff were phenomenal. Front desk staff were friendly, knowledgeable and very accommodating for guests. Best breakfast I've experienced at a hotel!

This was probably the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The carpet in our hotel room was weirdly damp… like the entire floor, not just one area. Our room also smelled terribly of chemicals that we couldn’t determine exactly what the smell was. Definitely gross and will not ever return

You can tell the place is old and run down. Needs updates. But it did what it needed to.

The comfortable beds, amenities, and pet friendly. The breakfast is nice and offers good variety. The location is good for shopping and eating or getting on and off the highway. Trails for walking and riding are close by too. The bed sheets had some light stains, and the tissue holder was falling out of the mount.

The front desk clerk Randal. He was very rude and wasn't willing to fix our issue. I confirmed a suite with a king bed thru Booking.com and we got a suite with a queen bed. He said he gave us what I confirmed and I know for a fact I confirmed a suite with a king bed. I also advised we are repeat customers and he said "that doesn't matter". I couldn't believe my ears. I finally said I want a suite with king bed. He said he had to call the manager to see what could be done. We had to pay an extra $15/night x 2 nights. Was not happy with Randal or Booking.com. There was nothing in writing showing a king or queen beds. Very frustrating.

I would never stay here again. the property was dirty, the breakfast was terrible and the gym was not well maintained.

Nice room but one problem is too much misting the room and smell from water with moist air so I use my breeze fresh room but other than that was so good
