it shows in room microwave we were in town for work so it’s easier for to use microwave but it did not work front desk was in helpful unwilling to fix the issue

The location was good. Central Belton. Upon arrival, the door to the room was in bad shape, the interior locks were broken, there was urine in the toilet that had not been flushed, and the bathtub was dirty. The bed was fairly comfortable. The next morning, I went down for breakfast and the breakfast area was dirty and cabinets were broken and hanging open. The waffle maker was not working. The cereal dispenser was out of Raisin Bran, leaving only 2 sugary options, the milk was partially frozen/partially curdled. The juice machine had a dirty torn piece of paper hanging on it. The fresh fruit consisted of overripe bananas. My option was coffee and dry Honey Nut Cheerios. When I went back to turn in my key and get a receipt, the attendant was sitting eating breakfast with his family and the waffle machine was then working. He made me a waffle. The syrup container was nearly empty so he opened a drawer and gave me a couple of containers from IHOP!

Initially based on the pictures listed on booking.com I was excited and ready for my staycation. It appeared to welcoming and it was 45 minutes outside the city limits. Where do I begin. Well it was a non smoking room smelling of cigarettes, cigarettes ashes in the chair closet to the door. Cigarette burns on the bathtub. Stains on the ceiling, chair by the door was hella stained.. Definitely not siting my self or my bag on it. Ant infested, ants living and dead in the bed, and the sink / counter by the restroom. The tub appeared to have blue hair everywhere in it., The shower curtain appeared to have shit stains on it. The door inside did not have the security latch at the top of the door appears to have been removed,, the door gap was so huge that you could see out through the bottom of the door from the inside of this room. This was an horrible experience 45 minutes outside the city. I needed a staycation after the passing of my son. I could’ve stayed at one of local drug infested motels for much cheaper than this. Not to mention I went to get the manager to show him the conditions of the room. While speaking with him he smelled of alcohol, I asked him are you drunk? Have you been drinking. I didn’t want to be charged the $200 fee for smoking in the room. I requested another room was told they were booked up!

The room reaked of cigarette smoke, it was sketchy, dirty and the chair that was in the room looked like something out of a crack house. There was an old couch in the corridor. We didn't stay and are waiting for a full refund

I tried to get an early checkout and was told I could not get a refund. Bugs in the room. Plenty of stains.

The room was clean, the bathroom was ok. The door for the bathroom didn't latch and it had ants everywhere. The breakfast was just waffles with stale bread and juices. The TV was small and remote had no batteries.

No wakeup call service no washcloths, beds very hard , no coffeemaker
