Breakfast was very good. Our room however had a musty smell. Rooms were switched to across the hall. The smell wasn't as bad, but still there.

We chose this hotel, a bit pricier than a few other choices, because it seemed very nice. And it was certainly decent enough. However, it seems unbelievable that a hotel today has zero USB ports anywhere in the room. That's not just inconvenient, it is negligent. Additionally, the breakfast was really subpar. I've had better at the cheaper motels. This was a bare minimum effort. So the 40% more I paid to stay there than the other places was wasted. I suspect management here is just cheap minded.

The one thing that was problematic was every time we flush the toilet in our room. It made a very loud sound for 30 seconds. Loud enough to be heard outside the room. I called the front desk about it and they said they didn’t have anybody to fix it until the next day. I would think that the cleaning staff would’ve noticed that that was a problem and it would already be task to be fixed, but it was not.

We stay here every time we come to a horse show. Staff is always kind. Breakfast is good. Room is clean, bed is comfy.

Very few towels in the pool area. The pool area was dark and just didn’t feel like a fun (as pool areas should be) environment. I am done counting on Hampton Inn properties to be a nice place to stay.

Saturday scrambled eggs would be better choice over the omelets served on saturday. Omelets were small and edges were hardened. Coffee very good, lemon water in lobby refreshing. Housekeeping friendly

The toilet in the room made a loud humming sound after each time you flush the toilet. Which was annoying. When you turned on the faucet at the sink it also made a humming sound. Water system needs chucking.

Clean room, very comfy bed, 4 pillow choices per bed. Nice snack shop. Nice breakfast and great coffee!! Friendly, and welcoming staff too!!!! Would definitely stay here again!!
