We arrived at 9pm, the host was very kind!

Breakfast had eggs and sausage. Checking in for a group was very inefficient. Keys were not ready. We were traveling as a church to the Ark Encounter in Kentucky and this was our first stop. They charged each room individually and it was more than the total charge, with taxes, they promised. I tried to call and they answered the first time and gave me an email address for my complaint. They will not answer my calls or emails now. Very disappointing! Every hotel after this stop (four more stops) had keys ready, check-in was smooth, and the total charge matched their original promise. So, I know where we’ll be staying in the future and it won’t be the Hampton Inn.

Older property but pretty well-maintained.
-
we were there for 20 nights, and the exterior landscaping was not maintained the entire time wrote were there. The grass and weeds grew out of control, which in turn created a nesting ground for mosquitoes and other insects. This made any time spent outdoors pretty miserable.

Rooms were ready upon arrival. Desk staff pleasant. Breakfast was 6-10.

Breakfast was good. Our daughter stayed in a separate room. She said her tub was filthy. She did inform the desk clerk.

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly!
-
Room door was difficult to completely latch. Otherwise clean facilities and friendly staff.

Enjoyed the breakfast!

The beds were great and the staff super nice. We haven’t stayed at a Hampton we didn’t like. They are always clean and affordable and comfortable. N/A

The pool was also a dirty area. The indoor area smelled strongly of chemicals and I didn’t let my daughter swim in it. This hotel needs a deep clean and someone’s serious attention. Hampton are usually our first choice, but I have to say this one needs much improvement. The air conditioning in the room was fine, but there was no air conditioning in the rest of the motel. It also has a weird smell. Usually the Hamptons have a nice aroma when you enter. Not this one.
