Quality Inn Belton - Kansas City South

This Quality Inn was a complete run down hotel that should not bear the name quality in its title. I wouldn't even say Econo. Stained bed spread, shredded curtains, eye make up stained towels and sheets, deodorant bomb to hide the stench, cockroaches scattering in the bathroom, desk chair with plastic covering over seat that was slashed like Freddie Cruger got to it, AC system blasting on and off loudly. The breakfast room had scattered eggs and gravy on the counters, waffle syrup stick all over the floors all the while the front desk attendant sat there and listened to his entertainment max audio until he took a phone call from his friend to which he walked around the lobby like he was on vacation and everyone could hear is conversation. Take my advice spend more money and get good sleep.

One of the rooms had a funky smell. The other room had a shower that needed to be scrubbed. Room keys were hit and miss. No elevator. I thought the front desk assistant was rather rude to the person in front of me.

Had a fridge and microwave.

Room was clean and comfortable Stains on the comforter, breakfast area downstairs needs cleaned.

Bed was comfortable and the location was easy to get to. Not much more to like. Breakfast was horrible, everything was cold except for the items that should be cold. The overall facility is run down (had to reset the breaker for the juice machine during breakfast, no staff around). Bathroom fixtures didn't work properly - extremely low water pressure.

I went back to the front desk again and informed them of the ceiling and the mildew smell that was still there and the respiratory problems it was causing. I let them know that there was no way we could stay in that room and since they had no others available we had to find other accommodations for the health of my family, and requested a refund since we had only been in the room for a couple of hours. They refused to give a refund, tried to manipulate is into staying there, and refuse to acknowledge the problems in the room, we even took pics of the ceiling.

This is the property we stay at when we're in town yearly! Our problem was the rate we were charged when we called and made reservation then it changed when we got there! Also, we were charged the same amount on two different cards! They said it was corrected but because of the holiday it wouldn't show up until Monday. We will be back in Texas then. Hope they get it done!

A bit run down and location was a bit sketchy. Paid way too much for one night. Was clean and bed was comfortable but had a bit of smoke smell.

The T.V in the first room didn't work We called down to the desk and the young lady from the front desk came to the room, she try to fix it but was unsuccessful. With that she said sorry. I ask are you going to bring another T.V she said we don't have any. Witch I replied so are you going g to put us in a different, he reply a different room I said I'm not going to pay for a room without it. The she said ok come down to the desk - new room. The breakfast area was not stocked well or looked after. Would strongly say stay away

There is no elevator. I had a physical limitation that did not allow me to climb stairs and had to pay extra for a room on the first floor because the room had a different size bed. The bed was absolutely uncomfortable and the mirror in the bathroom was held up with picture hangers on the corners in front of the mirror. Very janky way to hold up a mirror.

I thought the breakfast was very good The room was clean but the curtains were torn. And overall there was a bit of a dingy feeling--maybe a little dated. But it was roomy and everything worked.

This hotel has gone down hill. Moldy smelling rooms. Holes in the carpet and curtains. Room doors that wouldn’t close all the way.

Clean room, but coming from Kansas where certain smoking materials are illegal, the smell was quite overwhelming. Great breakfast options. Staff was very kind and helpful.

The room smelled of urine. The room was very humid and the ac seemed to add to the humidity. It did not cool the room the best.
