Rudeness of staff members after a mistake was made by them. Came back from Chiefs game and was told it was the day I should have checked out. I checked in that day. Little weird considering how many times I have stayed there.

We have stayed here twice. The rooms smell musty, the air conditioner wasn't working in one of rooms, they would not move us. The second stay we got charged for an extra room. Said we would get a refund,hasn't happened ,now all I get is a run around from all the staff.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The shower pressure wasn't great. No shower gel.

I have stayed here numerous times on business. I feel like it is a good value. The service is fine. The breakfast was adequate and my room was clean with a comfortable bed. The only negatives were that there was a musty smell in the hallways, and the back doors would not open with the key card. I plan to stay there again.

Clean Morning guy was in a car smoking when I wanted to checkout. Also in the car when I went to eat and another person went to the front desk.
