Holiday Inn Washington-College Pk (I-95) by IHG

I had a great experience in this hotel! The room was clean but it didn't have a great smell,it wasn't terrible so I still enjoyed my night there.

Bathroom dated and shows signs of excessive use. Walls flaking. Smell in room

When entering in the halls were clean everything about the place was amazing clean the staff was professional and friendly the room was clean overall if looking for a nice friendly place to reside this place is the one

The front desk staff were very polite and helpful but the breakfast-supervisor was extremely rude. I always stays in IHG hotels which includes breakfast with my family but this hotel surprisingly had a coupon for the breakfast even though it was pre-paid. The breakfast-supervisor rather saying it politely, she was treating us like baggers and yelling on us for any question. It could be lot better and respectful manner. I didn’t expect this behavior.

The only issue I really had, was the fact that housekeeping did a mediocre job. Three out of the five days I had to go to the front desk and ask for more coffee. Housekeeping never refilled the coffee essentials. And another minor thing, the room came with a sofa bed, and there was no line for it in the room. So, I had to go to the front desk to get it. Overall, the hotel is very well kept, and the front desk is very helpful.

Tub is slippery so gotta ask for bath mat. Great location near Metro for DC plus gas and restaurants.

My stay was decent, I had to change rooms because the ac wasn’t working in my room. They accommodated quickly and got me in another room. Breakfast is hotel food so it wasn’t that great, but edible. Room is a little outdated but fine to sleep in. Sheets were clean room was clean. Over all stay was good.

My tv didnʼt work , the toliet handle didnʼt work and it smell like a dead mouse

I absolutely love the property; my only hang up was the pool. The water was cloudy which made me not want to swim. And besides housekeeping throwing away my food I didn't finish ( i was upset about that) everything was great! BTW the crab cakes at the restaurant were on point!

Hotel is nice

Room was perfectly clean all the time. Staff were very nice and attentive. Breakfast is a A+! A lot of parking available and has a very convenient Gas station behind the hotel.
