On s very busy road, room was ok, breakfast was passable but wouldn’t recommend(scrambled eggs made from powder ,waffles,cold cereal,limited fresh items/fruit)

We arrived and were placed in room 609, where the AC wasn’t working and were changed to room 414. In this room, the tile in bathroom was loose, the bathtub was very slippery, the carpet meeting the tile in entryway has become threadbare and the tack board is visible, stayed for 4 nights and never had housekeeping visit. On the brighter side, the beds were very comfortable.

At 12:30 a.m. the fire alarm went off and didn’t stop. I finally had to leave at 2:30 a.m. for another airport. The staff was nice, but it was a terrible experience.

A fire alarm went off with sprinkler going in the back office at 12:15 am. We didn’t get the internal alarm stopped and water service returned to the rooms until 2:30 am, meantime we were wandering in the lobby in our pjs after the fire dept cleared that there was no fire. The lobby was flooding. The alarm company still hadn’t sent a technician but the fire dept came back a second time and figured out how to shut the sprinkler off so the alarm (and flooding) would stop. The young person in charge was doing his best but getting nowhere with Johnson Controls. I called their 24/7 number (staff did not have it…I found it online) and got a hybrid tech to speak with the person at the desk so he could get a ticket # for the service. The basic problem is that the hotel has an account but is not under contract. My suggestion is to have a good, short list of emergency numbers readily available for staff, and go ahead and purchase a maintenance contract with Johnson Controls. We buy contracts in our business so that we have quick, reliable service in an emergency. This is an excellent place to stay in general.

It was very neat I stayed for only 1 night but bookings.com charged me for 3 nights. I have been unable to reach anyone to talk to about the issue. Someone should pls reach out to me.

Breakfast location was easily accessible. Breakfast was adequate and we were thankful it was included in the stay. It was just a very average offering of items. More fruit options. It was a very heavy carb loaded non gluten free menu. I would have liked a bit more real fruit or veggitables.
