Hampton Inn College Park

I stayed with my family at the hotel from Sunday through Saturday. Monday and Tuesday they came in to clean my room, no problem. Wednesday, no body came to clean my room, therefore, I went to front desk to notified it, I was told that I have to request it if I want my room clean. They told me that they were going to call room service to clean our room, they didn’t. Their phone ☎️ in our room was not working, I notified too. Never came to fix it. Thursday they clean our room, however, it was raining and water was falling down from their roof and windows at their lobby. Friday before I left the hotel in the morning , I went to front desk and ask to clean our room, when we came back at night the room was not clean. Saturday I asked to email me the billing information which they did, but, the billing information was empty. I have been trying to call since Saturday and their phone is not working. The hotel information says that they have swimming pool, they do not have.

Clean room and plenty of parking.

Parking is available around the property, but there are not a lot of spaces, though. Breakfast was indeed free, and I guess it filled our stomachs, so we did not have to go to the IHOP next door. The staff was friendly, although not familiar with all dinner options available in the area for a good recommendation. The room was clean, but the AC was loud; we could not hear the TV when we were in the room relaxing for the night. And the TV, the weirdest channel selection that kept losing signal and switching channels on its own. But for the price we paid, we could not expect a 5-star luxury hotel.

Clean and decent breakfast

I feel like the property could use some updating, the staff was great, location was great, the breakfast was actually very good. It what's fresh the area was kept clean the staff greeted you. My room had a leak at the faucet, however because I just wanted to be able to relax during my stay once I told them they said that they would definitely fix it and apologize for any inconvenience. Would definitely say again

I drove by before I checked in and felt on a street full of hotels, I picked seemingly one of the oldest ones. But I couldn’t have been more wrong. The hotel was very well kept and clean inside. The staff was nice and helpful. The room was great. The temps outside were pushing almost 115 but my room stayed beautifully cool the whole time. Couldn’t have been happier with my stay.

Fairly good breakfast and friendly staff. However, there is no closet or hangers…only 3 pegs. We had traveled for a funeral and had to husband’s hang suit, and dress shirt on peg as well as my dress. Who builds a hotel without a space to hang things?

Only 2 complaints…the shower was a bit odd and we weren’t sure how to work it. It took a lot of twists and turns to turn it on and off. Water also wasn’t very hot. Sheets felt a bit rough and could’ve felt and looked a bit fresher. Otherwise, this was a good stay and I would book again if I needed a stay in CP.

Did not get the room i booked there was a whole in the ceiling and leaking where breakfast was served which wasn'tappetizing at all. The bed was hard as a brick, the tv would change channels on its own. I will never go to this hotel again

We re repeat customer Everything we need is there. Location is great 8 miles to my DC work, breakfast and parking incuded in such reasonable price. I do my laundry before leaving with Speed Queen its in house They have gym. Location is great . Few miles to interstate and grocery banks and even costco to do before heading home. Lastly staff we’re helpful

The staff there were efficient in replenishing.

Breakfast was good, clean room but the shower does not have a hot water. Maybe because we stayed in the 6th floor, but the hot water in the sink was good. So I took a shower with a cold water and my husband refused to get a shower. Also, next to our room, the occupants was noisy having an argument. I didn't pay attention to it because i was tired. Where we stayed was a small room for a person with wheelchair and there's no grab bar in the toilet. But all in all, the hotel was a good place to stay.

My room was clean and staff was quite friendly. Parking lot was pretty full but both nights I found a parking spot. Breakfast is fine. No issues at all.

I don’t typically stay at this location while in College Park, but reserved here as my normal hotel was booked due to graduation. I was hesitant because of SOME of the reviews, so I wanted to leave mine to say that I definitely would stay here again, without hesitation . It was clean, comfortable, and the breakfast good with plenty of seating in the dining area. No issues whatsoever.
