The television for this property didn't work. They were booked and wasn't able to give me another room. I left the hotel and made reservations at another hotel.

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, from check in staff to breakfast staff. Room was very clean which is my number one thing I look for in a hotel stay. Had all the appliances needed, coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, and Dove products in the bathroom. Right off I-95 which is convenient. Would definitely stay again and definitely recommend.

The first room they gave me had a terrible smell. After a couple of hours, I noticed ants all over the food I had left on the table. I have a video showing the ants. I requested a different room, and they finally moved me around 11:30 PM. Unfortunately, the second room wasn’t much better. The mattress was extremely old and uncomfortable, and I couldn’t get a good night’s sleep. I woke up with body pain. Overall, this was a complete waste of money and time. I would not recommend staying at this hotel. The poor room conditions, lack of cleanliness, and failure to inform guests that the pool was closed made for a very disappointing experience

Poor customer service. Shuttle listed in website but not offered in person. Fire alarm went off three times in the span of 4 hours (6 am-10 am).

Gross!!! Terrible customer service, dangerous parking lot, stinky room, and filthy pool.

It was nice and neat. Quiet and relax place to stay

Room was clean and front desk staff was very friendly and helpful but the amount of people yelling and slamming doors all hours of the night was ridiculous. We stayed here one night on our way to vacation and one night on the way home and I got no sleep either of them. No common courtesy from other guests at all.
