The room was clean but nothing special. No upgraded bedding, kinda mediocre. Obviously an older hotel. Staff was pleasant enough but things were broken. Towels were worn. The pool could use a scrub down. Door keys didn’t work well, took multiple swipes and a new key card that still didn’t work. It was cheap though. You get what you pay for though.

Nothing I spent &350 per night for a crappy hotel, rug never vacuumed, stuff under bed, shower floor was so slippery, no free breakfast, never filled coffee in lobby, long line to check in, hotel was run down especially the rugs in the lobby. Only one elevator that took forever!

Perfect location near Northwest Stadium as we were there for Afro Fest. The staff was great and breakfast was delicious

Bugs in the room . People smoked the hallways at night time

The breakfast was ok, waffle are only on weekend, not week day. During the week day you get silverware and the weekend, plasticware. That said, it is clean, the room was great, and people were nice ( the person at the counter forgot to give us the breakfast tickets, but it was quickly fix the next morning).

Food container was left in the fridge and it was green . The shower curtain rod was broken.

My stay here is always convenient and includes everything I need. The only issue is navigating to tower 2. It’s a bit of a maze and once I had to walk through a reception outside of the meeting rooms to get to my room.

The beds and pillows are the only thing I would improve about my stay. The property was clean, breakfast was delicious, and staff were friendly. It was a bit firmer than what I am used to, so it may just be 1 size that mediocrely fits all.

Plenty of self-parking available. The breakfast is a very complete breakfast with plenty of choices. rooms were clean and organized.
