All clean, Great breakfast, good parking, several restaurants and shops nearby.

I hoped if the parking was free

The staff was very helpful and friendly. I had a mixup with my reservation (user error) and the woman at the front desk help me correct everything. The beds and pillows were great. The pressure in the shower was amazing! It felt like standing under a waterfall. My only suggestion is see if the landscapers could come at a later time. They were outside of our window at 6am. Hotel is a short drive to the metro. Overall great stay!

Room was very clean. At this point the stairs should be a main focus for staff. Everything else was as should be.

Kayla at the front desk has the most disrespectful and dismissive disposition. She is not helpful at all and extremely rude. I would not recommend this hotel as long as she is a staff member. Kayla should be fired and fined for her disgusting attitude and lack of human decency. FIRE HER IMMEDIATELY!!!

Room was clean & staff were friendly. Breakfast was good; regular hotel breakfast so it was perfect to start the day. Convenient location. About a 10 min ride to the metro so it was easier for us to get into DC. Be prepared to do a lot U-Turns if you need to turn left. Only “major” complaint but I will be back.

Room was clean. One elevator out of service and the other was past due of its inspection. Free breakfast was mid at best. Do better please Holiday Inn

There were 2 elevators in the hotel and 1 of them was broken the entire time we were there, which was during UMD graduation week, so there were a lot of guests at the hotel. There was a Keurig coffee machine in the room, which was nice, but everyday I would have to go down to the front desk to ask for coffee and cups. I don't understand why the cleaning people didn't leave those items each day, because they were in our room everyday. The bathroom was clean and nice. The mattress was comfortable. There was plenty of parking at the hotel, but they still charge $6 a day for parking. The free breakfast was very good.

The room was very clean and nice. Will definitely stay again. Staff “IVY” was nice off the gate.

Pos: -Room was clean. Sheets and pillows were comfortable. -Breakfast was good (dining area needs expanding, getting a seat at peak period was tricky). -Parking is ok. Paid $6/night. -Neighbourhood was decent and I felt safe. Neg: -the room intercom wasn’t working and I had to leave my room to the level floor to make a simple request. -Window needs cleaning int and ext. -The ladies at the reception could smile more. It felt like my interaction with them was a border. Lol I would recommend.

We had a very late/early morning arrival and they were able to help us out. They also decorated the lobby and had treats to celebrate for the UMD graduates. That was a very nice touch. We also enjoyed the breakfast.
