1st floor hallway smelled musty and felt damp. Room had both wall A/C-heater and separate dehumidifier which should tell you something. All night I could hear what I assume was the condensation dripping from the units above mine and landing on the window sill causing an irritating sound all night. The bed was so worn out I had to sleep across it side ways with my feet hanging off in order to get comfortable. I’ve always found Holiday Inn Express well maintained, but not this one.

I stayed with me and my two kids. The pool was clean, staff was nice, rooms were clean; everything was 10/10 for me.

Our room, the carpet was very dirty. We couldn’t walk around without shoes because our socks were turning black. The breakfast options were what I expected, but the floor down there was sticky. The shower had two handles but one didn’t work if you needed to utilize the tub, but I will say the water pressure was nice from the shower.

The room was basic but clean and functional. Breakfast was pretty good and included in the stay. Hotel is convenient for those attending events at UMD.

Absolutely nonsense. Large groups of children running wild, no adults supervising and no employees caring at all. All around miserable experience being there. The floors are sticky... like properly gross sticky. Revolting... almost left the place right then. Foul place. Will never stay here again and will warn others.

Breakfast was awesome and very clean great group of workers

The property was, okay. The is nothing exciting about it. The rooms are small. The dinning area is too small for the guests that it carries. We had to get up immediately after we were finished eating so that someone could get the seat. The breakfast was terrible. Not the best place for long stay.

Elevator service was out 2 whole days.

Decent. Too high of a hold for damages and the sheets were dirty night one. They only refunded 50 when I basically lost a whole day.

The room was so dirty, I don’t even know where to start. The carpet was wet, dead bugs on the floor, bathroom smelled absolutely awful, and the towels had hair on it from previous guests. DO NOT STAY HERE!

The staff was very helpful whenever I had a question and they made things convenient via text.

It was a great value stay and the staff was great. Would stay again

It was good stay for 3 days.

Poor cleaning, found ants and spiders in the room. Talked to front desk and nothing was done. Lack of security as non guests were accessing hotel to have breakfast. The only good service that I had was from maintenance guy.

All clean, Great breakfast, good parking, several restaurants and shops nearby.

I hoped if the parking was free

Insurance so that I could cancel I better not be getting charged for this
