Very close to UMD, which was great for orientation.

Room Sink was clogged and unable to be used and the room was quite stuffy as if the air filter needed to be changed

Everything was great I didn’t dislike one thing

Front desk was wonderful and accommodating! Our room was beautiful with ceiling to floor windows and automatic curtains/shades, as well as a view of the campus! Nice size room and bathroom. Everything was clean. Parking was conveniently located right at the hotel. We tried 3 of the 4 restaurants on site- bagels n grinds, iron rooster, and Potomac pizza- all were good! I would stay here again!

Very clean and great hospitality

Love staying here. The room was clean, had all the amenities, comfortable bed, and nice mini-sofa and desk. Bathroom was large and well appointed.

Stayed for six nights with myself and two daughters, all booked in attendance for the room. Every single day, house keeping would remove six towels from the bathroom and only replace two. Also, we had requested two extra blankets and those would be removed and not replaced. Every single day I would have to call the front desk and request towels and blankets. Which was not a quick process to receive. The room wags clean, spacious. The room is automated, the blinds did not work half the time, which was frustrating. The TV channels did not correlate with the tv guide, and we lost cable service for two days of our stay. Power went out during a light rain and was out for almost 30 minutes. We had a room that had a connecting door to the next room over. The guests in that room were obnoxiously loud, yelling and jumping around. Security quickly quieted the too . Otherwise, good location, safe, and decent enough.

Rooms were beat! The light switches didn't work, the bathroom lights kept turning off and on by themselves all night, the grommets on the shower curtain were all broken and the curtain kept falling down. Looked nice online but in person it wasn't the greatest.

Parking was simple, front desk super helpful, great places to eat and can’t beat proximity to campus! In addition we headed into DC one day and were surprised at how easy of a drive it was!

Great Hotel. I will definitely be staying there again. The staff was amazing. Even though our room wasn’t ready at check in I give this a 10/10.

The room was clean. My only complaint would be the sink in the bathroom water didn’t get hot

Tv wasn’t working. Took 20 minutes for someone to fix. Unable to screencast. Text for assistance went unanswered for 3 hours.

My stay at The Hotel at the University of Maryland was exceptional from start to finish. The staff was amazing, everyone was warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The room was beautiful, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The pool was the perfect way to relax with a Sunday swim. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I will absolutely stay here every time I'm in the area. Highly recommend!
