The staff was absolutely amazing!!

Didn’t realize how out of the way the hotel is from main highways. That being said. It’s worth the drive. Super clean.

Very lovely place, but just don’t get booked in a room over the laundry room. The floor shook all night as did the pictures on the walls.

Unfortunately, the cleaning standards at this hotel have gone way down since our stay in 2023. I had to clean thick, orange and black mold off the tile and grout at the entrance to the . Also, there was a sound of rushing water in the wall every time the upstairs people flushed the toilet. I think they used the bathroom six or seven times during the night. I was able to move to a top floor room, which was great until I realized at 10 PM that the smoke detector flash a bright green light almost constantly throughout the night. Really hard to sleep with a laser light show going on right above your head. The staff said there was nothing they could do about this as all of the smoke detectors were like this. I don’t remember it being as bad the first night, but maybe that was because I was dealing with the water rushing by my head all night. If you bring cleaning supplies and a sleep, mask will be fine.

The people were the difference. And the continental breakfast was good.

The staff was great! We had a group of twenty somethings next door being loud and partying and they moved us to another room that was much better. I really appreciated there flexibility on a busy weekend. A few more homey touches would make the place feel less corporate.

The room and bathroom were very large. The bed was comfortable, there was a nice pool and hot tub, and the lobby had plenty of room for sitting. It's a quiet location, walking distance from Farewell Bend Park and the Old Mill District. This 3-star hotel cost me $275/night and I was overall pretty disappointed. My room #209 was directly above the hotel laundry, causing rumbling noises and vibration in the walls and floor all night. (Front desk offered to move me, but it was really inconvenient to do so). The Wifi was very slow. The breakfast was on the level of a Motel-6: cold eggs, bacon, and potatoes, cellophane-wrapped muffins, plain bagels. There is no housekeeping for less than 5 nights. On the surface this looks like a great place, but for this kind of money, didn't come close to meeting my expectations.

This was our second time staying here. The best part of the stay was how friendly and helpful the staff was. We will be coming back and staying here on our next visit.

The hotel was close to everything, neat, clean, smelled amazing, and the breakfast that’s was included was full of options and choices! We would stay there again, hands down!

Very nice rooms. Everything was nice and clean. Breakfast was just ok.

Amenities minimum Breakfast was good, fresh.

We liked the hotel and dined at the attached Mexican restaurant. The most disappointing thing was that I left my AirPods behind in the room: I was able to track them via the FindMe app…..but when I contacted the hotel (twice) they told me that no one had handed them in. A day later the app notified me that “your ear buds are out of the case”. I’m not sure what to make of it all, but someone has them. All that said we will probably stay there again on a trip from California to Washington.

Charging station for EV cars, pool was small with strong chlorine smells, breakfast was decent, bathroom was clean and roomy. We will be back if the price is right.

Knowing they were fully booked, they could have accommodated my need to cancel & give the room to someone who was waiting - instead of charging me for an empty room!
