Close proximity but not walkable to The Old Mill District. Very close to the road with a roundabout.

From the moment I walked in late at night, this hotel delivered. The night shift lady who checked me in was super nice—patient, friendly, and genuinely welcoming even at that hour. She made the whole process smooth and left a great first impression that set the tone for the entire visit. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Everything felt fresh and thoughtfully maintained. Staff throughout the stay were helpful and professional, the amenities were solid, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and pleasant. I had zero complaints and left feeling completely satisfied. If you’re looking for a reliable, well-run hotel with genuinely kind people (especially that excellent night shift team), this is the place. Will totally be coming back. Highly recommend! Nothing

The AC/heater in the room was extremely loud some type of metal scraping noise all night so had to turn off maybe other rooms are ok.

This is one of the best BWs I have ever stayed in. This was my second visit.

We enjoyed our one night stay. The front desk staff were consistently friendly and helpful. The property was fairly modern and clean. We found the room to be spacious and comfortable. The breakfast closes up a little earlier than we would have preferred, but it had more choices than we typically see at this type of American hotel, and everything was kept tidy.

Bend is a nice little town, we’ve never been there before. My wife has a disability so we booked an accessible room. Roll in shower. So the hotel itself seems to be located around the university? Based on what we were seeing of buildings in the area that seemed to be the case. It’s a large property, and looks very very new. The room itself, as well as the property in general, is very clean. Helpful staff, our room with the roll in shower was wonderful. A reasonably decent breakfast was included with the cost of the room, which was affordably priced. Should we ever visit Bend again, this would be our go to property.

Great staff. Breakfast is good, hot tub super I could hear the toilet flush from the room above me every time. Not sure if the plumbing ran next to the room or not but it woke me up both nights.
