Great place!!

This hotel is well run, clean, and staff was efficient. The room was clean and well maintained. The area for dogs was clean and had grass! Breakfast had many choices including hot food options. The Mexican restaurant attached was very accommodating and the staff was very friendly. There was a dog friendly patio. We really enjoyed our visit in Bend and highly recommend this property.

Can’t say enough about this place. We ended up in an unfortunate situation after a concert and they went above and beyond to help us out. Our room was very clean and the staff was AMAZING! Can’t wait to go back!!

Location is easy to get to but is a drive away from any shops, other eateries or groceries. Breakfast options and quality average. Really excellent Mexican restaurant adjacent. My ADA room was perfect in every way. Loved the convenience of laundry on each floor. I liked the "self service" options related to reducing the need for hotel staff. Breakfast was not always well stocked. Eggs often scorched. would have liked more "bread" options with sweet rolls etc. The lobby area, while large, didn't really offer many areas for 2 or 3 people to quietly meet together. It often felt chaotic and noisy.

Don't expect much for the breakfast. The eggs were powdered and the bacon super thin, I could not eat it. Went the oatmeal, it was just ok. Room, staff and beds were excellant!

Bed was hard! The shower stall was dirty next to the soap dispensers.

Very nice and clean! Breakfast was great!

Super nice No wear for a dog to go pee or poop

The king size bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was great. Nice shower. Great sink and faucet with plenty of room on the vanity for cosmetic bags. Additional shelves were a bonus. Check-in staff was great. Very nice lobby area. Good breakfast. Nice carpeting in the halls when I went for a walk! We loved everything. It was the perfect place to stay.

Amazing property and location , breakfast could have been a lot better

It was a little expensive and my card did not get copied right when I booked the room and I get there and they said, oh, it was canceled. But they went ahead and booked us a room, but that was a little worrisome. I went through booking.com and the receptionist was like that's the problem with using a third party. But why wouldn't I take advantage of a cheaper price that your hotel gave me the option to use.

Clean updated Shower pressure, set not the best

The property was clean, and they had a great breakfast included. Electronic check-in was easy (once I figured out how to get the camera and bar code to line up). On the negative side, (1) the barn door to the bathroom was heavy and difficult to open and close, and (2) both my wife and I found the bed to be EXTREMELY hard and uncomfortable.

Cons: EV charger did not charge my car. I had a 2-queen standard room for a weekend (2 nights) and the total with taxes was $1008. For $500+ a night I’d expect a little more luxury than a typical Best Western experience.

Location, design was nice. Good breakfast in the morning. The staff was so nice and accommodating! Dallas at the front desk is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met!
