The room was large, staff was extremely helpful and nice. We did use the sleeper sofa for our teenage son and he could feel the bars through it because the mattress was thin. Breakfast was late coming out, so we ended up going across the street to a restaurant since we needed to leave early. Would stay again though and get a room with 2 beds.

The setting was very quiet - you can see the river on one side. Breakfast was nice, but a bit limited in the selection available. Other reviews mentioned the bakery items, but the only bakery item was the croissants (pre-filled with ham and cheese). No hot food (although we knew this). None the less the overall stay was outstanding, and would definitely come back. Staff were lovely too :)

I have stayed in Bend many times. I found this place to be very well priced and level of amenities in the room. No pool but you don’t always need one. I will stay again.

Tammy and Erica were especially friendly and welcoming, and their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. The continental breakfast was a nice, convenient way to start the day with a good selection of options. One of the absolute highlights was the awesome view of the Deschutes River from our deck. It was such a peaceful setting and the perfect place to relax and enjoy the scenery. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the Pine Ridge Inn to anyone visiting Bend!

Amazing place, beautiful stay and they upgraded my room to the suite free of charge! The staff was very helpful and great! Recommend staying here and will be coming back!

This is an older hotel, but the rooms are quite nice, and it's located in a nicer area of Bend. The lighting and room decor is warm and inviting. The balcony overlooking the Deschutes River was a nice place to have morning coffee. The breakfast was nothing special, but there is a complimentary drink offered upon check-in, which was a welcome amenity.

Comfortable bed, clean room, very friendly staff. Easy check-in process with free drinks! When I arrived at the property, they upgraded me to a suite and no additional charge, was very happy with the extra space. Great location if you’re going to a concert at Hayden Holmes amphitheater it’s about a 15 minute walk to the concert venue and to the old Mill area.

Everything about the hotel is nice, however, overpriced. Clean, updated and wonderful staff. The free breakfast wasn’t very good. Maybe upgrade the options for guests and make more appetizing since the cost to stay one night was extremely high.

Decent breakfast each morning.

We love this hotel! Staff is limited but super nice when available. Rooms are old but very clean and comfortable. Location is awesome!
-
The only issue with the room is you could hear the people in the room above us. Other than that, it's an excellent place to stay.

Clean room with fireplace. Very good breakfast. outside seating. Nice location.

The inn has a charming retro mountain-lodge vibe, but in the very best way … thoughtfully maintained, full of character, and with an upscale, boutique feel. My room was spacious, beautifully appointed, and opened onto a private patio overlooking the Deschutes River. Waking up to that peaceful view each morning was a highlight of my trip. Quiet, comfortable, and full of warmth, Pine Ridge Inn strikes the perfect balance between relaxation and convenience. I’ll absolutely be staying here again on my next visit to Bend.

My sister and I travel to bend every summer. This is the first time we've ever stayed here. And now we will stay here every time. They called early to let us know we were able to check in. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Complimentary drink when you check in. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and an excellent condition. The room was amazing. It's in a beautiful convenient area. I will definitely be back

Staff was friendly, helpful and room was clean. Breakfast was convenient
-
The room facing the river was amazing view. Room very spacious. Bed so comfy. The coffee maker was a little dirty inside.
-
No toothbrush not good breakfast
-
Cons: needs major updating, darkish room with poor lighting, no hairdryers in rooms, only fresh air is through door to patio but there is no screen so mosquitos come in
-
The location was perfect. O reloading the river, a 15 min walk to the amphitheater and Old Mill. The staff was so nice and helpful. Plus the rooms were very spacious and include a fridge and microwave. We will certainly stay again.

Hot Bend summers and the fact their central A/C doesn’t work was not a pleasant combination
