Nothing They need to get competent people at the front desk they charged me for a night I didn’t stay and refused to refund the money this place is not worth the price I stayed two nights and it costed me over $700 dollars be very careful with this place it is not right what they did to me I am a very honest person and I will always pay what I owe it’s not fair

Charming, spacious room located in a good part of Bend. Bathroom was a bit dated but roomy and clean.

Adorable cozy space in walkable (20 minutes) to the Old Mill District. Loved the balcony. The jetted in-room tub was wonderful after a cold evening concert at Hayden Homes Amphitheater.

Beautiful, clean, lots of room, very friendly staff. Lighting needs to be brighter in bath. Quite dated but still super clean and well maintained.

The room was incredible! More a suite, actually, with a lovely sitting area, fireplace, and patio with a stunning view of the river. The shower was excellent, the furnishings all top notch, and the breakfast was varied and plentiful. Overall an amazing stay! Everything was lovely.

This place lived up to it's pictures on the website and then some. Very pleased with the room amenities and size. Did not feel like you were staying in a hotel room. We would highly recommend this property to anyone.

The room was first class in every way, especially for the price. Loved the fireplace, sunken living room, view balcony, exceptional bed and bedding, etc. Breakfast was very disappointing, did not match the reviews.

We’ve stayed here a couple times and will continue to come back. A charming cozy property that is ideal for visiting beautiful Bend. Staff is friendly, rooms are large with a cottage style feel, and patios are spacious. Looking forward to our next trip already.

We love this hotel. It’s older but it’s quiet, great location, lots of space in the rooms and patios to sit and watch the river. It’s just a relaxing place to stay.

The room was amazing! We were traveling with our pups and they were welcomed as well with treats and a bed! The breakfast was delicious! We look forward to staying again!
