TownePlace Suites by Marriott Bend

Very clean and the room was spacious with everything we could need. There were outlets everywhere, it was easy to charge everything. Pool was also clean and nice. NA

Rooms were nice & clean, close proximity to concerts @ the Amphitheater.

The front staff were super friendly and helpful, check in and out were seamless, and the size of the rooms (will full fridge and stove!) are perfect. We will stay here, again, when visiting Bend!

Front staff, both checking in and out, very cheerful and helpful. Everything in Bend in summer is expensive.

Nice area staff was really nice Remodeling on first floor and had to walk around the outside of building when doors were shut

Construction wa unfortunately a hindrance

Location. Staff. Breakfast. The desk in the room was really cool and functional. Overall cleanliness. Under renovation. Why won't hotels share this information? Can you give me a discount for the inconvenience? Beds were hard. The king bed + sofa really doesn't fit 3 adults. I was shocked that no one came in to give us clean towels or make the bed while we were out during the day. Even though I rated your breakfast as "doing well," our next morning at another brand was so much better. If I were the Marriott Corp, I would remove my name. You're not up to their standard.

Breakfast was good. Pool and common space inviting. Too much fragrance/air freshener in the rooms, The property was remodeling, elevators not available.

Location Parts of hotel were literally under construction. I had to walk over drywall pieces and dust to get to my room. None of this was mentioned anywhere. Also booking.com is becoming a joke. I was charged for hotel by them on a pay at location reservation and then charged again at the hotel because they never received funds paid booking.com. Then had to file a problem complaint which took over 1/2 hr. Only to be told charges were correct. Really? Being charged twice (double) is correct???

Comfortable spacious room. Good breakfast with good coffee.

3 star for cleanliness due to construction but the overall experience was 4/5. My husband really appreciated the gluten free food options at the breakfast buffet! Nice pool and hottub

Very friendly, helpful front desk staff. Great breakfast compared to what most hotels offer these days - scrambled eggs sausage, waffle machines and more! Clean, comfortable rooms with full size fridge and freezer, plus a 2 burner stove and dishwasher. Within walking distance to the ampitheater. Definitely will be back!

Nothing was right about this stay. The bed was the only thing it was comfortable Totally disappointed. We are loyal Marriott customers. This hotel was under renovations and we were put into the oldest room on the property which was in horrible condition. We had to walk through the construction to get to the room. It was horrible.
