We love this hotel. Everything is so clean and well-maintained. The rooms are comfortable and we love that there is a kitchen and regular-sized fridge and microwave. This location is walkable to the Old Mill District and Amphitheater for shopping, concerts and the pathway along the Deschutes River. Also, all of the staff are warm, friendly and accommodating.

Room was plenty big enough, but the bed was tiny. Location was great, but housekeeping didn't clean the room, so no dry towels, no refill for the coffee maker, and no made bed. No breakfast. $550 for a 2 night stay? You may think that was good value for money, but I certainly don't. Overall, disappointing.

This is a basic, clean, no frills hotel, but very clean and provided us exactly what we needed. It's a great location with great prices. We had the air conditioner die during our first night while sleeping. We informed the front desk the following morning on our way out for the day and the maintenance had it fixed before we got back. Very attentive. We come to Bend at least once a year and will be back.

Very friendly staff. Room was unexpectedly nice at this price range. I spilled some powder on the floor in our room, and they were there with a vacuum in one minute. Great value. Friendly staff. Will stay again.

Location is close to down town but not in it. We drove to main street and enjoyed the brew pub and river walk. Liked the accomodations, but parking was an issue with the concert and the blacktop sealing but these are temporary inconveniences. Staff was great and helpful with resturaunt locations and choices!

Very clean and quiet. The only odd thing is the rooms don't have cooking utensils, pans, plates or silverware. You have to request them. I'll definitely be back though!

Great location, kind staff, and the room has a full sized fridge, with stove! Only downside is how thin the walls are. It was hard to sleep in the morning because we could hear all of the neighbors.

Easy check-in, close to everything, and the room had a stove for cooking which was nice.

Clean, comfortable, and quiet. Once we got across the somewhat busy street next to the hotel, it was an easy walk to the Old Mill District and the Hayden Homes Amphitheater.
