Very nice, clean, comfortable and reasonably priced for all you get in room.

The room was clean and what was expected.

This was our first day at my place. Really liked it! Very functional and well-appointed. Everything a weary traveler looks for and needs. It's amazing to me how many hotels don't seem to address simple needs of a traveler! Really liked the refrigerator as we were traveling with lots of frozen stuff for several days.

Will stay again! It was perfect!

Clean, comfortable, overall good value.

The room was really clean and the beds were comfy. Wish there were plates , spoons and forks . I love the location , a few minutes walk to the old mill district. We’ll stay there again .

Quiet, comfortable and convenient All the pillows are very high. It would be great if they had at least one pillow that was flatter or softer.

Kind staff and clean space

Outstanding location.

Clean room, comfortable beds, good location. My only suggestion for improvement would be making the kitchen actually functional. There is a kitchen but no utensils, cook ware or dishes so we could not actually use the kitchen.

Location is excellent - easy to walk to the river, restaurants, stores, etc. Overall, the property and rooms are new, nice, well maintained, and the area is very safe. The kitchens in the rooms are nice, and I appreciate the availability of real plates and silverware (if needed). The only minor drawbacks are minimal noise proofing & squeaky beds. For noise, it's relatively easy to hear people in the hallways as well as external noise (vehicles, people in the parking lot, etc.). In our 3+ stays, the beds have always had a minor squeak when getting in or rolling over.

But comfortable big room.

I booked with this hotel as it had a full refrigerator, sink, microwave, and two-burner electric stove. The hotel room was one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed at-even the microwave was spotless! The location was convenient for our activities, and it was very quiet. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great place to stay and walking distance to Old Mill District.

Fits its name, economy extended stay. Clean rooms with full size refrigerators, microwave, and 2 burner stovetop. No dishes or pots/pans in the but are available at front desk.

The hotel was fine. Good location. Safe. Not really walkable to restaurants. The staff all seemed mad to be at work. We ordered breakfast to be delivered to the room so we could cook it early the next morning. Instructions were on a card in the room. It was supposed to be delivered by 8 pm. We called at 8:30 and they acted like they had no idea what we were talking about. My husband went downstairs to pick it up and she said pick whatever you ordered out of the store. He said I have no idea what my wife ordered can you look up the order. She said “I have no idea what she ordered either”. What he ordered was out of stock and I ordered oatmeal with fresh fruit. It was a cup of dole peaches. That is not fresh fruit. $7.50 for a cup of oatmeal and a cup of peaches is ridiculous. I understand it’s only $7.50 each, and you pay a little for convenience, but that was insane.
