Excellent location and room layout. Blackout curtains were an added surprise. Coffee in the lobby was exceptionally good. Staff was friendly and helpful and offered useful suggestions. THE PILLOWS! Flat and wimpy, consider bringing one from home. The added cost for breakfast that was disappointing and less than average quality. Parking stalls are small, built and designed for small compact vehicles.

I was not told about the pet fee, which was $75 or the parking fee of $20. The property and room were nice. Buyer beware! When I was checking in, there was a lady in front of me complaining about charges she had on her credit card.

Great stay if you are going to a concert at Hayden Homes. Loved the place but expensive LOL.

We had balcony room overlooking the old mill stacks. The large balcony, view and hotel location were highlights and the room was clean. The bed was like a futon (that’s how my husband described) so quite uncomfortable and not the best sleep for 300/night. Also the sound proofing isn’t great, and the main doors slam. Lobby was nice with fireplace, but no extras that you would expect in the price. Breakfast is extra and no happy hour or specialty type offers. Pool/hottub was indoors and kids zone so we didn’t use these amenities that we had planned too.

excellent property and conveniently located close to shopping, local restaurants, the amphitheater and walkable to downtown bend. staff was friendly and helpful and the pool area is very nice.

The blankets are extremely thin and I had to ask for two extra blankets which were promptly brought to the room. IDK why they don't have regular blankets on the bed.

The location is perfect, especially if you're going to a concert or just want easy access to everything Bend has to offer. Want good food? Walk to Anthony's Restaurant (you won't regret it), or drive downtown for more options; it's only a few miles away. Hiking Dillon Falls, again a short distance from the Hilton Garden. The staff was phenomenal, the place was clean, and the beds were comfy. I highly recommend!
