Location was great for why we were there, breakfast was so so. You had to pay to park on their parking lot… that should be included with how much the room was. Also I paid for a king suite and the gave me a completely different type of room, one with 2 beds. I asked them about it and they said that’s what I get, tried to argue with them because I wanted the bigger bed but they said they over booked.

There’s a fee for parking on the premises! It was not obvious when I booked and I checked in late so I said I would be parking in the lot but it wasn’t reiterated to me that there would be a fee. Breakfast is good; the meat option wasn’t there both mornings I came down and I didn’t come down too late, so either they ran out (on a night of a popular concert at the nearby amphitheater) or they’re not serving it to save costs. For a price of the room I would expect a bacon or sausage option to be available throughout the breakfast hours. Very lovely and walkable to the amphitheater.

I have stayed at this hotel many times, but the service this last time was very poor. I had pre-paid for a king suite months in advance. When I got to the hotel they downgraded me to a double queen and would not reimburse me for the change and said the hotel was full. The room they put me next to was full of partiers. I once was a frequent visitor and will now not be coming back.

We have stayed here several times and it never fails to exceed expectations. The location is perfect for all activities, especially if you are going to a show at the amphitheater, you can walk and no hassle with parking! Parking fee for the hotel is $25 per day, which if there was a negative, that would be it. The breakfast was good and coffee/water is available all day. There is also a fridge in the room!
