Overall a pretty poor location to stay at and wish I had booked elsewhere. Beware of this locations hidden fees. They won't bother to explain. I also reported an issue accessing my room and nothing was done to fix this. Surprising for a Mariott branded hotel at over $300 per night.

This was the perfect hotel for our visit to Bend - fantastic breakfast, convenient location within walking distance to lots of food and shops, ev charging on site, and really friendly staff. I will always stay here when visiting Bend!

Charging $25/night to park in a spacious area such as Bend is a poor marketing way of saying the room is $25/night more than advertised.

Cleanliness-when we pulled back the bedding we found a bug. Searched around the bed and found a couple more. Went to pull out the sofa bed and discovered pee stained sheets and stained mattress cover. It ruined our nights sleep. Front desk apologized.

5 minute walk from the amphitheater. Room was large and very clean.

The room itself was great and clean, but housekeeping failed to come the one time they were supposed to. So that was disappointing. They ended up coming after we spoke with the front desk staff, but we were disappointed we had to ask them.

Unfair to charge for parking. The only way to be warned of it is to click on the amenities tab. I don’t care about the amenities, so I didn’t click it. This place is overpriced. In addition to their high rates, I get solicited to poor money into the place with water left in the room for $5.00 and to pay for memberships to use the internet.
