Very clean, nicely appointed. Wish the bar had stayed open till 11pm… our flight was somewhat delayed and a nice night cap would have been great.

Our suite was spacious and comfortable, with a full, if somewhat small, kitchen. The daily breakfast buffet was good and offered many choices. The room's HVAC worked well, although the bedroom was always colder than the living area. The bathroom was spacious and the shower had a great feature I've not seen before - a low shelf opposite the showerhead that was perfect for resting a foot on while washing a leg and foot. Another impressive feature were nightlights in both the bedroom and bathroom that produced just enough illumination to get up at night without being too bright for sleeping. There's plenty of closet and drawer storage and a wide bathroom counter. Room service was flexible and supplies could be picked up at the desk whenever needed. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would like to have had an in-room safe. There is adequate parking, but with a parking fee.

This place was close to food, shopping and Hayden Homes Amphitheater. Wonderful staff and very clean accommodations. Will stay here again!

We loved everything about our stay! It was walking distance to shops/restaurants and the concert venue! Breakfast was lovely, staff was helpful and kind! We will be back

Three stars because the pet fees were ridiculous…$20 fee and $75 cleaning each of those per day. I believe the Expedia profile doesn’t say anything about those fees. The other issue was the body wash was empty and frankly, didn’t want to request it to be filled b/c of my frustration already with the front desk with regard to the pet fees.

The beds were not very comfy. After 3 days we left in early morning cause we were both hurting from them. The lights in the bathroom are blindingly bright with no way to adjust them. And the couch, which is nice to have room for one, was so small. Cause we tried to sleep there since the beds were so crap. Besides that the place was very clean and staff was really nice.

Overall I enjoy the hotel due to location & mini kitchens. We choose this location because of the this. The bar seems never open, with signs about staff shortages or illness. This last stay was staff illness.
