Tv was not working we waited for repair didn’t show up the front desk told us we can step out and it will be fixed came back 2 hours later still not working told us we can get a refund and leave at 1100 at night had no choice but to stay live too far to start driving at that time and to top it off the toilet also wasn’t working…been to this place numerous times for a little getaway with the husband but never again

1).the phone did not work. Could not call front desk for issues. 2).couch cushion torned exposing inner foam. 3). Bed pillows flat and unsupportive 4). Not outlets near bed/night stand. Only found outlet for fridge and microwave and one under window across the room. Made for difficulty of powering phones. 5). No clock in room 6). Shower head to the left as you entered the shower leaked heavily reducing the shower head water pressure 7). On day three we noticed that the hot water supply ceased after what seemed to be 10pm. Even on the morning of our departure the hot water only lasted 20 minutes. Had to rinse off in shower with cold water. Even in the sink hot water was cold.

This was the perfect romantic get away. The hotel is a bit outdated but it is well maintained and very clean.

I didn’t like that the carpet on the floor was soaking wet with a loud blower on it to dry it. U can’t give a room like that first make sure it’s all dry then give out the room

The room was nice and pretty spacious. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Although I wanted to, I didn’t use the hot tub it looked slightly dirty. There was gunk in the filter and rust stains around the drains. Everything else was amazing:)

I did like the layout of the room but I guess with the July 4th Holiday there wasn't hard any staff. My first room wasn't cleaned. We got a second room immediately but the room was so hot, it did have air conditioning but we had to wait awhile till the room was cool, we had to clean the Jacuzzi and shower ourselves and ask for extra towels. The carpet needed vacuuming but we dealt with it. It's a nice room and the receptionist was very nice and accommodating but they need more staff for when the other staff takes off for the holiday so nothing and nobody is lacking in service.
