Quality Inn & Suites Bensalem

The front desk was helpful. The room was dirty and the hallways were filthy. There was obvious water damage. They kept most doors propped.

2nd room the tv kept going in and out.

I killed 3 roaches the room was not clean it was a horrible experience

Overall, inside area of this hotel has weird smell, room and bathroom are barely cleaned.

The breakfast was good The lobby smelled of weed. The floors in the room were dirty.

The entrance stunk bad..there were cops outside..someone was sleeping on the side of the building...the hallways stunk..the bathroom door looks like someone kicked it in...the staff at the front desk was not helpful..do not go there

I left within 5 minutes of checking in (I should not have even checked in). This facility was closer compared to a rundown homeless shelter than a hotel. It was very obvious that two guests in the lobby were under the influence. As I walked in, the receptionist was yelling at a guest asking for ice, however, the receptionist was pleasant towards me. The elevator button and the area surrounding it were brown and dirty, the floors were wet and sticky. When I entered the non-smoking room, it wreaked of cigarettes. I had not even used the sink and it was half filled with yellow water. I came straight back down and asked to cancel my reservation, the receptionist was kind and immediately refunded me. As I was waiting for my uber to leave, I overheard another guest asked for a different room as her door was so loose she felt as if anyone could open it with a door hanger.

It was NOT GOOD!! It's supposed to be non-smoking soon as we gotten in the room smelled like a ton of cigarettes! My nose started running immediately!I thought about just letting it go and stay in the room anyway then not even a few minutes later. Here comes a roach crawling out from under the air conditioner,I turn to the left here comes another one!! I'm like ooooh Hell no!!I went downstairs and told the lady look i can't stay in that room I took a picture of the roach and she seemed like she knew that place has roaches!I told her I'm pack up and leave much as the room cost!! For a that place! It was double the rate! So she gave us another room a lil cleaner, except the covers on top had stains on them!! To far to turn around i really wish we could have! That place is soooo ran down! Needs allot of repairs! DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE PICTURES ON THE INTERNET!I REALLY WANT MY MONEY BACK!

Quality Inn in Bensalem is horrible. It is filthy. Floors are undone. Everything is dirty. Walls, tub, bedding. Expedia shouldn’t even have it listed.

This was one of the worst Hotels I have ever stayed at. The rooms were extremely outdated and unsanitary and the reaches in the room were proof. We literally avoided staying in the room due to the condition. If I hadn’t prepaid we would have canceled and slept in the car due to all other hotels in the area being booked because of the FIFA Soccer tournament!

Convince Floors were coming up there was a hole in the ceiling of the hallway where pipes were exposed, Sheetrock coming off the walls by the elevator.

This place is horrible do not stay here it is filthy to the point I checked paid and checked 5 minutes later the smells their are street people living the also cookers the place look like it should be codenamed. Check is was terrible nobody at desk dont fall for the place looking have way decent it is absolutely horrible

Breakfast was excellent and the bed was comfortable enough. Never stayed in a place that was more in need of maintenance.
