The front desk man in the morning is very disrespectful every time we stay at this facility he always very disrespectful asked him any questions for something that we need he always have a attitude every time

I was disappointed with my stay. The front desk attendant was unfriendly, there was graffiti on the snack machine, and the bed sheets were dirty. The customer service and cleanliness need improvement.

Smelly unclean room and bathroom! No shampoo conditioner soap in the bathroom! Staff was uncourteous, despite checkout time! They keep knocking door even, one of the staff open the door and came in without permission no privacy manner ethics! ! I want refund

This place is roach infested. I went into the room, didnt even turn on the lights because I had to use the bathroom and as soon as I did turn on the lights you could just see them everywhere. It was absolutely disgusting and the lady at the front desk seemed completely unphased by the bugs. I would recommend a demolition

Location was near a lot of stores (walking distance from a Wawa). The rooms had mold on the ceilings, bedding was dirty, floor had dirt all over it along with 2 roaches, the toilet would not flush and several other problems. It looked like someone was living in the room for quite a while and it was not cleaned before putting us into it. We did get one of our rooms switched to another room which was cleaner.

Horrible place to stay I left 2 days early they told me to get my money from Expedia and there is no way to contact them .Never will go through Expedia or stay at anything they offer

When I arrived, I got to my room and the exterminator was coming out of the room telling me I should probably ask for a new room. I got a different room and there was debris all over the floor. Shower and toilet were dirty. Was not happy at all.

the first room i was given had a bad smell like like a cat or dog ws in the room, 2nd room i intered was allready accupied, third room was ok we had no phone service to desk, the wifi did not work, and at 850 am the only thing to have for breakfast was a cup pf coffee, WILL NOT BE STAYING THERE AGAIN
