First room assignment was under construction with a toilet right in the middle of the floor. Second room assignment key did not open door. Third trip down and I ended up with a 4th floor room that was quiet but the bathroom was falling apart. Granite counter was cracked and the front of the counter was pieced together segments of wood stapled into the base. The place was dirty.

There were roaches in the room, the sheets were not clean with hair on them, the workout room was closed with junk piled in it, there were boxes and crates in the lobby/hallway, cigarette burns, etc. etc.

Don’t listen to other reviews with people complaining- you always get what you pay for and I’ve stayed here numerous times over the years……… Room was as advertised and expected. Perfect to stay for a deal with everything working. Ice cold AC! Staff are friendly and nice people. Breakfast was very basic but it is provided: tea, coffee, juice, waffles, bagels, bread accompanied by basic spreads and muffins. I cared more abt the price and booked another night. I’d stay again

I was scheduled for 2 nights but had to leave due to several roaches in the room. Also toilet did not work. I was told by front desk if I didn't like it I can leave. This was told to another guest who asked for a plunger. Very disappointing.

You pay for the price. It’s not that expensive, but the lobby and each floor has a distinct smell. The rooms were quite questionable…not sure about other rooms but ours had ants here and there, few cockroaches and a spider making a comfy home in the bathroom.

The overall place was old and outdated. There is a nasty smell all throughout the location, including on the hallways on each floor. The room was okay, but again, extremely outdated. The walls were stained and dirty, and the sheets were the same. The bathroom smelled like fresh urine constantly, even after spraying freshener. The stay was cheap, and I wasn’t expecting the Hyatt, but for a chain location such as this one, my expectations were already low, and it still didn’t meet that standard.

Under construction, boxes everywhere. Was given a room that was occupied and the receptionist got upset when I told her.

Do not use this hotel as it was horrendous

Ample parking, even for trucks. Located next to 24 hour Wawa convenience store. Daily room attention by housekeeping. Decent bed, wonderful bedding, cold A/C, plenty of hot showers, and a TV with nice channel line up, plus free breakfast (valued sleep over breakfast, so I cannot comment on it). All at a VERY reasonable price. Thank you !

The Ac was broken and you couldn't turn it down. Either you freeze from it being so cold or sweat when you turn it off

I would not recommend this place
