In the morning I talked to the manager and showed her the areas of concern. She noted that there was a leak and that all my concerns were valid however she did nothing to help. When I requested a refund I was given the run around by the hotel and by Hotels.com. I would not recommend booking through either.

Absolutely lovely front desk staff but facility is old and the third floor around my door reeked of weed
-
Just a decent place to sleep for the night.

Additionally, the deadbolt lock was loose and appeared to be falling off its hinge, which made us feel unsafe and concerned about the room's security. After turning off the air conditioning unit, I began coughing and felt as though I was choking from the dust and dirt that seemed to have accumulated in the room. The overall cleanliness and maintenance of the room fell far below expectations and significantly impacted our stay.

Couple things we wish we knew before hand is with the standard room, you’d have to go downstairs for the microwave when pictures made it seem we had one in the room. Another, rather minor detail, is cable television where a lot of the channels don’t work or offer rather static networks. Still a good place to stay at both price, staff, and location in mind.

Rooms, towels, linens were clean but the hallways, carpets need repairs. The elevator button on our floor was broken.

It was good for the one night.

Not helped that the picture of patriarch is in lobby area.

I always have a great experience when I come into town and stay here. The staff is amazing and the rooms are always kept very clean.

Place is fine to rest your head for the night.

What I liked most about Sleep Inn & Suites in Bensalem was how clean, comfortable, and relaxing everything felt. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the room was nice and cozy, and the overall atmosphere made our stay enjoyable. The location was also convenient and close to many places. It was a great experience and I would definitely stay there again. ? One thing I didn’t really like about Sleep Inn & Suites in Bensalem was that some areas could have been cleaner and a little more updated. Overall, the stay was okay, but a few improvements in maintenance and comfort would make the experience much better.

Staff was pleasant and helpful Carpets smelled and looks disgusting. The sink in the bathroom was dirty and the water kept backing up. The toilet bowl is loose and the bathroom door did not close
-
Not so clean Smells like dogs and moldy
-
Hote was ok but breakfast was disappointing. Bed.
-
Location Floor was dirty my door looked like it was knocked in at the bottom there was a 3 inch gap had to pull the door to make sure it was locked
-
This should be a 2 star hotel, and not a 3 star. The room smelled dirty and humid, the carpets had stains, and the breakfast food was below mediocre.

When I first arrived my thoughts were that this place needs to be demolished. It is old, carpets stained and worn and the elevator buttons were even broken on second floor. You can easily tell the management is struggling. However the staff is what makes the difference. No bugs, no dirty sinks, it was obvious the housekeepers do their jobs well. The receptionists really made the difference - especially Helen. They go out of their way to help their guests. Helen even anticipated needs and offered assistance that was invaluable. So don't let initial appearances deceive you, this place is a gem due to its employees.
