The location was convenient to the concert venue and the front desk employee was very nice. Those were the only two positives of this hotel This is quite possibly the worst hotel that I have ever stayed at. The entire place was filthy from the lobby, elevator, hallways, and the room itself. We were supposed to have a non smoking room, but the room smelled like smoke. The carpet in the room was dirty and sticky, the lamps, wall, desk, and door were all damaged and dirty. The light fixture above the toilet was hanging down from the ceiling a bit so every time the bathroom door was closed pieces of insulation would fall down all over the toilet seat and floor. When I reported this to the front desk they simply replied "oh yes they recently change a lightbulb and couldn't get the fixture back in place correctly. This room was definitely not worth the price they are charging. In addition to the terrible condition of the room, the ice machine was also broken so we had to go buy ice from the gas station across the highway. We also asked for some bottled water and was told to use the water fountain.

Close to the venue i had to attend Place looked and felt run down compared to the time i stayed about two years ago. Whole place needs a makeover

Location Room.was in good shape but the hallway carpet looked worn out.. 2nd floor elevator doors outnof order. Ice machine outnof order. Just seemed like they weren't up on repairs or upgrades.

No ice available. Call buttons on 2nd floor not working so one had to use the stairs. If my dad was with me, he’d have trouble getting around without the elevator. Bathroom didn’t seem cleaned. Toilet seat felt slimy when used

Hotel is dirty and very bad element lurking around.

At first I got a room that smelled terrible, a carpet full of dirt stains that you couldn't walk on, the shower was terribly dirty and old, old faucets and water pressure among the lowest I've seen, dirty curtains with blood stains, after spending a night in this terrible room, I went to the front desk, and complained about the room and the person in charge simply agreed.. and told me that this was a room they usually give to visitors who come to the casino next door???!!! As if those people don't count!! In any case, she changed my room to a more normal one,.. but still a bad smell, and outdated equipment and room, so even though before arriving at this hotel I estimated my stay for an extra day, that is, from Saturday to Tuesday,.. I decided to move to a normal hotel, pay an extra amount and not go through the suffering! Now I understand why they don't refund visitors' money!! It seems that the owners of a hotel do not invest at all in the well-being of visitors, and I will never return to this terrible hotel

Overall we had a decent stay at Sleep Inn. The bed was very comfortable with clean sheets. Peeking into other rooms it seems some bathroom have been more recently redone, ours was not with some mildew in the caulk. I would comment that the hallway carpets are fraying, the stairwell carpet was very dirty looking and their air coming from our air conditioner smelled quite bad. There are abandoned cars parked in the lot including one in the closest handicap spot to the front entrance and the grass had not been cut for weeks though a crew showed up there and started cutting the day we left. I would not stay here again.

I’d recommend lodging elsewhere. Unpleasant orders in the room. Overflowing trash cans on the outside of the buildings. A broken elevator. Staff less than interested in addressing any concern.
