The beds , refrigerator, coffee machine and bathroom was in very bad condition , all around refrigerator the carpet was wet, coffee machine was very dirty, I’ll never stay again in this place .
-
TVs in both rooms had some static on some channels. There was no light bulb in one of the lamps by the head of the bed. I don’t think I would stay there again.

Great service
-
Carpet was too rusty so it’s looked old and dirty
-
Altogether, I would avoid this hotel. Staff was nice though, and it was conveniently located.

The desk chair was dirty, unusable. A microwave was absent or not standard. The carpet in the hallway was extremely dirty. The check-in process was straight forward. No delay. I did not use the breakfast offerings. Parking is adequate.

The hotel is very run down with tape holding carpet in place. The room was unclean with the carpet especially dirty. We found garbage under the sofa bed when we pulled it out to make. When we attempted to iron clothes, the iron put dirty marks on a sleeve that we had to wash out. We do not recommend staying here, especially since there are plenty of other hotels within walking distance.

The door closer doesn’t latch therefore the door doesn’t shut all the way. The elevator buttons on the second floor were non existing, the staff watched us bring a huge wagon stuffed with all of our stuff and three children on the elevator didn’t say anything to us about the elevator not working on the second floor put us in a non-working room the TV apps don’t work the bathtub was filthy. The floors were filthy. The staff was extremely rude not helpful asked for our first floor room. They wouldn’t give it to us even ask for a third floor room. They also wouldn’t give it to us. We stayed there last year and it was so much better quality than this year. That place quickly going downhill is not a safe area to stay in not recommended to stay there with children, which is really unfortunate because we had a two day pass to Sesame Place and we did not use the second day and we were out money for the second day, but it was unsafe for our children to stay there.

Bed was comfortable. Pillows and linens nice. Staff (3 different people) all nice. Typical breakfast (waffle maker, muffins etc) Exterior of building needs trash debris cleanup.

Staff was very nice

Last minute booking. Hotel elevator was out of service from 2nd floor down. Ice machine had no ice. Room smelled musty. All the carpets were old. The only positive was that the beds were comfortable and the staff was extremely nice!!

The room was clean and comfortable. My family and I went to sesame place and it was a perfect place to lay our heads for that weekend. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

In the morning I talked to the manager and showed her the areas of concern. She noted that there was a leak and that all my concerns were valid however she did nothing to help. When I requested a refund I was given the run around by the hotel and by Hotels.com. I would not recommend booking through either.

Absolutely lovely front desk staff but facility is old and the third floor around my door reeked of weed
-
Just a decent place to sleep for the night.

Additionally, the deadbolt lock was loose and appeared to be falling off its hinge, which made us feel unsafe and concerned about the room's security. After turning off the air conditioning unit, I began coughing and felt as though I was choking from the dust and dirt that seemed to have accumulated in the room. The overall cleanliness and maintenance of the room fell far below expectations and significantly impacted our stay.

Ms. Helen, she was fantastic and beyond friendly. She provides great customer service, she knows all her regulars by name!!! 10 stars for Ms.Helen. It was filthy! Our room had toenail clippings on the floor, the bathroom look like it might have been wiped down not cleaned. There was hair in the shower.. The carpet was so old and dirty I did not want my 18 month old grandson on the floor. There were no plug protectors in the plugs that were out in the open in the room. Our curtains were filthy and had burn holes in them. The hallways had no air conditioning and were ridiculously hot and humid. The elevator was old and scary. Ms. Helen told us she would have to send the elevator up to our floor if we were in the second floor. The whole hotel smelled like cigarettes and marijuana.

The manager was very nice and tried to make things right Very outdated, stains in the rugs and on the walls, broken shades, broken sleep sofa frame. Located right on the center of an apartment complex. No parking available when we arrived.
