Courtyard Philadelphia Bensalem

It was a nice property. Our room however was outdated. We stayed at the same hotel in Downtown Dallas a month ago and our room was more modern in Texas. You could see the water damage to the walls in the bathroom & by the bed. The wood was colored red with what appeared as permanent marker. The couch was stained severely. Otherwise the staff was phenomenal!! Very kind staff, thank you for the stay.

We stayed here after a softball tournament in Southhampton, pa. Hotel was very close to the field about 20 minute ride. Hotel is newly renovated. Room was very clean! The hotel was within walking distance to the parx casino! We took a 2 minute uber ride there. Would definitely stay here again.

Elevator was out of service. I expect better from a 5 star. Why would I pay full price for that??

The property was clean I was not informed that the pool was out of order. I was celebrating my daughter, sweet 16 and she definitely wanted to swim for the weekend with her girlfriend me and her sibling. No one told me about the pool until after I paid and it was only mentioned because I asked what time did it open when I asked him about canceling the second night and explained why they told me no I had booking.com reach out to them to ask them could they give me a partial refund and allow me to check out? They refuse to allow me to cancel and refuse to do any sort of refund. I spoke to Marriott Bonvoy and I have it in writing that I’m supposed to receive a refund but I was told that the actual hotel property is keeping my payment and a pending status and refusing to give me any sort of refund

Pool is out of service and breakfast was never to be seen

Very nice newer hotel in the area. Not on a main road so is nice and quiet. There’s pool, gym and even a bar. The hotel was nice and clean and there’s daily room service. I noticed there’s a shuttle service not sure if it goes to the casino or other areas. Little pricey for the area but was worth it since is new and there’s amenities. My only complaint is the breakfast cafe is supposed to be open till 10:00 am and everyday it closed early by 9:30. Something they should probably work on.

The hotel and room were very clean. Staff was great and helpful. The only down part was the shower - It took the water about 5 minutes to get luke warm (this was at night). I tried again in the morning and after waiting a few minutes it was still cold. The sink water got hot but not the shower. I disnt say anything at night due to it being 11p i was going to switch rooms at that time. Staff didnt have much to say or apologize when bringing it up at checkout.

Room and front desk service were amazing! Bar and breakfast service could definitely use some help though.

During my recent stay, I experienced significant noise from an adjoining room, which made it feel as though the occupants were in the same space. Due to this, I would prefer not to have an adjoining room unless specifically requested. Additionally, I would like to request a room on the top floor for future visits.

We stayed here because it was convenient to Parx. Room was very clean, check in was quick and easy. Great, friendly staff that even helped us with an item we left behind. Would definitely stay here again!

Have stayed here several times, for the area this is my preferred stay, the hotel is more business people oriented, so it is fairly quiet, I have stayed at many other hotels in the area, but if you are there on a weekend there’s a high chance you get neighbors that are very loud. Hotel is clean and updated. I have arrived very late on a Friday night and asked the young men checking in for a quiet room and he was very nice and helpful.

Great hotel! Very clean. Very friendly staff. The cafe has delicious food. I had to add an extra night and they were able to accommodate me with no problem.
