$150 for a room I couldn't even use a key to get in three times I tried front desk had to come around and use the main key and open the door with his shoulder. The air wasn't even on in the rooms which is very ignorant if you know people are checking in and you don't even turn on the air 95° literally in the room 100° outside I checked in at 12 o'clock midnight left at 3 o'clock in the morning because of bugs flying around my room and an air conditioner that did not work told the staff he didn't care so I left I want a refund

Refrigerator was the only good amenity. Someone had smoked in the room and there were cigarette ashes left. Old toothpaste and lotion left in the crevice under the pillow.

First room we were given was nasty. The bed sheets were stained and we killed a few roaches. Second room we was moved to was much cleaner but was still eat up with roaches and mice. Then sometime in the early morning someone was setting off fireworks. The next day people were having a party with music blasting and doors slamming.

The hotel looked very nice in the photos, which was misleading. In reality, it was a very cheap hotel. It was definitely not worth the $120 per night that I paid. A fair price for this hotel would be around $50 per night. The bed was clean and neatly made, but the table was dirty, and the bathroom looked worn out and outdated. Overall, I was not very satisfied with my stay.

Richard and the front desk staff always treat me like family. They are the best.

Disabled vehicles missing parts and tags is not what one wants to see, let alone bugs in the room. Possible water bugs, but still bugs.

location is fine. Bedbugs, dirty white sheets, dirty cover - worn out towels,.....never again.
