The security latch /lock on the door was missing half. The windows was a two piece held together with clear tape. The trim on the bottom of the wall was missing in places and fell off laying in the floor in other spots. They actually give you a plastic bag with your soap,wash cloth,towels and toilet paper. ( like am I in jail ?) And the ice machine is falling apart no scoop . Nothing in the room to get ice with. No ice bucket no cup nothing.

The Alon food Mart next door a 24/7 was the best presented and wildly stocked fuel stop I have ever entered and I'm 70 yrs. Old. There is a grocery market around the corner and for those struggling with ever red cent food available as cooked meals or packages from charities adjacent to this location within a simple walk away. All the staff were informative and helpful. Their brand new maintenance guy insisted in walking next door to get me plastic silverware - really impressive. A kind and gentle man. I pray God bless these people some have experienced homelessness for innumerable reasons as have I for 18 months and learned more in those months than the previous 60.5 yrs as a person and Pastor seeking to help the broken in life numerous travelers were friends. The On first entering my room at night it took a little while to work out there are pull cords on the wall lamps separate to the wall switch which resulted in darkness till I pulled a lamp cord

Nothing I don’t know where to start. The mirrors were cracked. There was no shower curtain. There were bugs on the floor. There were stains all over the towels and sheets. The drawers or missing out of the dressers. The fridge did not work. The doors did not lock.

Absolutely nothing, we left after about 1hr, didn’t even try and get our deposit back. This was a crack house, and really scary!!! Everything!

Easy access No tv volume. Plastic on bed under sheets could end get cool enough to sleep

Location It was dirty and the price was higher than I was told during booking.
