The rooms are small and don’t sleep 5 very easily unlike the description. Breakfast was not good. Hallways don’t have air or at least it is not on. Elevators have a smell.

Everything was great except the mattress. When I pulled the sheets back to check it for bedbugs, like I always do when I stay at a hotel, the mattress had a huge terrible stain on it.

We were in Benton for a graduation and the hotel location was perfect. We also walked to the restaurant by our hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We will stay here again when in Benton, AR. I liked the hotel and the staff. The hotel didn't offer adjourning rooms. The staff was accommodating with side by side rooms on the same floor.
