21c Museum Hotel Bentonville

21C is a lovely hotel filled with art and installations on the first and second floors. centrally located. Walk to the town square for lovely restaurants and stores - short drive to the Crystal Bridges Museum - dog friendly with very friendly and helpful staff - huge king suite and comfortable bed and new and spacious bathroom. Highly recommend!

Our room was very well designed with a lot of thoughtful accoutrements--plenty of drawer and closet space, hooks in the bathroom, etc. Location was excellent for trail and park access, restaurants and other attractions.

Great hotel and very well maintained. Easy access to downtown Bentonville and Crystal Bridges.

Well situated to the walking/biking trail to Crystal Bridges art museum. The Hive restaurant has good food. Parking is right at the hotel so it is easy to come and go.

BEWARE. I left a wake up call for 5:10 am -- which was crucial to make an early flight -- but no one called. Check your bill -- I was overcharged when I looked at the bill the night before departure. It finally was adjusted; then, after I left, they tacked on an incorrect charge again, which it took forever of the phone to get withdrawn. The hotel is highly recommended for its art collection, but otherwise isn't special. For instance, the pillows are thick and firm. I asked for a thinner or softer pillow, and none was available.

Very close to the museum, a 20 minute walk. The staff were very nice. Our room had a funky smell when we arrived. When we pulled the sheets back on one of the beds, there was a terrible stain. We told the front desk ... got fresh ones (while we were at the museum). One perk: a free drink per day, and discount per day on food. No ice machine on the floor. Had to ask the front desk for ice. Bathroom: the towel hooks are not close to the shower area (be prepared). Hotel did not alert us to the parking situation. The parking lot was close and we parked on a lot across from the front desk. It was semi-paved and had low (approx. 14") construction fence between the parking lot and the front of the hotel. I tripped and fell on it. Dinner at the hotel's restaurant: the beer was cold, but the glasses were not very cold. The waiter was unaware that we were served our beer before we ordered our food. I was disappointed in my dinner — too salty for my taste. Expensive, too.

The location of the hotel and the art itself is simply amazing. Walking distance to Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art. ♥️

We had remembered 12years ago as being a cool place to stay and with the city reconfiguring the streets it made our experience even better. The artwork were interesting, some weird, some very cool. Everybody was so friendly and helpful. The service and room was very good. Although a little expensive, the Hive restaurant was also very good with food and service.

Great location - easy parking. Nice menu at restaurant but service challenged at times with long waits. Room was delightful and it’s nice to see details are paid attention to in the design. The art is nice but repetitive - wished to more textile art and painting but perhaps not the right vibe.

The Location was great, but the overall quality of the experience didn't match the price.

A vacation within a vacation. We came to see & experience Crystal Bridges & we stumbled into 21c & downtown Bentonville. All of it, the entire city, makes the most of giving back in a very safe & beautiful place.

What a neat and unique hotel. The bar, the restaurant the atmosphere are all awesome

Clean room, spacious shower in bathroom. Good bath products. Nice coffee/tea choices in the room. Quiet. Bar at the Hive restaurant was very nice! Friendly staff. Free parking nearby. You do have to walk a bit from the free parking garage, no ramp available for rolling luggage. Valet parking is available but they use the same parking garage. Enjoyed our stay

The next issue I had was that there were NO ICED MACHINES. They prided themselves on giving water in an aluminum can with water refillers throughout the property (which fit was the artsy style). Ice however had to be requested. I like being able to get ice when I need and want it and not have to call the front desk to have someone bring me a little baggy of ice and expect a tip.
