21c Museum Hotel Bentonville

- swimming pool; - chilled water in the foyer (the water stations are not chilled); - snack machines. The restaurant was fine, but not special. Staff were fabulous. I guess it just means that for me, the art didn’t offset the type of amenities I value in a hotel.

The restaurant was short staffed, so service was slow.

Location. Staff. Art. Room size The extractor fans in the bathroom and the entry were constant and there was no way to turn them off. The consistent whirring noise was irritating. Staff were helpful to try and mitigate this, but it is a design flaw that undermines this. customer’s experience in a hotel that prudes itself on design excellence

Great location. Food in The Hive was very good. Need more signs to give guests directions to check in due to construction on streets. Room was nice, large and comfortable but, for price, expected more.

This hotel was THE luxury hotel in the Bentonville square for a while but has fallen down quickly in my opinion compared to the Motto and the Compton around the corner. Previous stays were perfect but admittedly its been about 2 years and i decided to come back as i always enjoyed the 21C but the rooms have become a bit outdated (but clean and i can deal with this) but the WIFI is the worst WIFI ive had in a hotel in probably 10 years. I asked about it multiple times as i was only able to attain a 7MBPS speed and my hot spot on my phone gets over 30 and they just kept saying thats what it is, nothing they can do about it. I thought maybe it was my room so i walked around the hotel with my laptop and its the same everywhere. Something has changed as it wasnt like this in the past. If they dont want to offer true high speed to guests paying $300 - $400 a night then they should at least offer a paid upgrade option. Working was impossible. I couldnt download or upload files and had to go sit elsewhere in town to get work done. I asked 3 different staff members about it at the front desk and they all had the same reaction which was they shrugged their shoulders.

Outstanding hotel all the way around. Great bar, great restaurant, great staff great rooms, great location, and great amenities. My go-to place anytime I’m in Bentonville!

If you don’t valet park, you’ll find that parking is extremely inconvenient…if you can even find the hotel. GPS has you going down a pedestrian way. Signage is Lousy. You have to be virtually at the hotel before there is a helpful sign. Room was OK- nothing special. Front desk did not tell us that each floor was keycard access only. In room coffee maker was lousy. Atmosphere in spite of the art was sterile.

this was a hotel with personality! from the moving art objects to the galleries themselves, this hotel steps out of the box! I enjoyed my stay there. rooms were spacious and comfortable. Location fantastic, in the heart of downtown.

The second floor landing featured a dummy lying on the ground, covered in eyes, in a mound of leaves. Title was "See no evil." Definitely an unpleasant evil to see when exiting the elevator. Breakfast was excellent, and you get one coupon when staying 2 nights.

We loved our stay minus the fact that we felt like our room was warm at night despite the a/C being set at 65. It wasn’t able to be lowered any further and our room temp never got below 69. We both like a cool room. Other than the that, it was a great stay!

Everyone on staff I met or asked for help from, without exception, was friendly and genuinely engaged in assisting me. Wonderful experience!
