21c Museum Hotel Bentonville

A second clerk did not know where the airport was. A third could not reconcile a charge which appeared on my credit card and was different than what he entered into his. “computer”. In addition the hotel was freezing. It was 80 outside but I had to wear a puffer jacket to walk through the lobby. Keeping it cool is one thing but this was excessive. On the positive side the room was nice.

Location was perfect! The hotel is clean and the staff were so great!!

Had to ask three times to get the Tesla charger turned on each time they said they did but they did not not sure if that was front desk or maintenance. Did not appreciate the dead body art in the elevator lobby not appropriate for a hotel specially if you’re going on a romantic getaway.

On-site restaurant has the whole menu made of ingredients provided by 5-6 local farms. One of us said they had the best hummus of their life at that restaurant (made with beans). It’s a few steps away from downtown Bentonville. Super convenient. There are beautiful flowerbeds in front of the hotel. Parking is plentiful, convenient, and free. There are green penguin statues that “live” around the hotel. Guests constantly move them in funny and creative ways to new spots.

Excellent food, rooms well equipped, great staff and beautiful art.

Close to Crystal Bridge and restaurants.

Not good for light sleepers. What really bothered me that the exhaust fan is in the room hallway and can't be turned off. It's very loud and I couldn't sleep the 2 nights I was there so was very exhausted. (I called the front desk and they couldn't help.) All else was ok.

Always stay in this hotel when in Bentonville and always happy

- swimming pool; - chilled water in the foyer (the water stations are not chilled); - snack machines. The restaurant was fine, but not special. Staff were fabulous. I guess it just means that for me, the art didn’t offset the type of amenities I value in a hotel.
