Would have given 5*, but the inability to pay the hotel for valet parking is ridiculous. One has to give credit card information to a third party valet service, which I don’t like at all. Puzzling since Canopy hotels, also by Hilton allowed us to pay the hotel when faced with a similar situation.

The hotel is located in a walkable area of Bentonville with many restaurants and bars.

Beautiful property, great stay

Small, but well kept. Good for a short stay.

The hotel being a concept location was spectacular. The rooms are minimalistic so I would suggest bringing some water bottles for the fridge but the location is amazing. My fiancé and I were able to explore downtown with short walks from the hotel and the valet service was very quick.

Overall fantastic

Park your bikes out front during the day and then the staff puts them in the storage garage at night.

Great for just a couple nights or if traveling for work. Would not suggest for long term stay or for more than 2 people. Rooms are tight but clean and efficient. Hotel is nice with great bar and sushi. Coffee bar is nice too. Nice neighborhood.

Clean room

Nice property. Superb location. We walked to the square/ Walmart Museum, dinner Onyx etc. BE ALERT, though. THIS IS A CONCEPT HOTEL. Our bed was a murphy bed from the wall. The room was small– no issue– but obviously the mattress is different and there is no space on one side. Two small "wet" compartments: one WC, the other shower. Imagine closets. Not for everyone, but maybe for longer stay folks working with Walmart. Super cool, but not the most comfortable.

Enjoyed our stay so much! The staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful! The restaurant and coffee shop were both excellent. I would have loved to have had a pool available in the heat. There are no ice buckets or ce machines in or near the rooms but a call to the front desk will bring you a full ice bucket whenever you please.
