Motto By Hilton Bentonville Downtown

The staff during check in were amazing. We were there for business and helped guide us on restaurants and coffee shop. Rooms were super clean. We always stayed at another hotel but this will be our new go to.

Nice facility, good location, nice amenities, restaurant, bar, and coffee. The rooms are ridiculously small, the rooms do not have any attributes you would think should be in a fairly nice hotel. No water no coffee no fridge no microwave and no privacy. The toilet was in a closet that is beyond small. I suppose the room is OK if you were staying by yourself, but even then the amenities are pretty lacking.

The bunk over the bed was interesting but fun. I had no problem going up and down but some might find it hard to do. Also the stool didn’t seem to flush well. No pressure. But it was great location and I’d stay there again. Thks.

No coffee, no ice, no glasses and the shower and toilet configuration was awful. Plus no parking!

The hotel was very beautiful and comfortable, with lots of open spaces downstairs to work or hang out. We held an event there and had a block of rooms reserved and they were beyond accommodating. The location is perfect for exploring downtown Bentonville on foot. The staff was very friendly. Be aware that there is no parking onsite. Your only options are valet at an additional charge or public parking. The valet service was good.

We enjoyed all the walkable restaurants, ice cream shops and farmers market on the weekend and 4th of July celebration. Will stay here again

Loved this hotel and the location

We really enjoyed the location and the vibe of this hotel. Comfortable lobby with self-play vinyl lounge, tap still and sparkling water, and cozy places to relax. Very close to lots of bars and restaurants. Easy to park in free nearby parking garage and bypass the exorbitant overnight valet parking fee. Be aware that the rooms are more like cruise ship staterooms than hotel rooms in terms of size, but very well designed and efficient. Unusual shower design that opens directly into the room space, so not a room for sharing if you are needing privacy. Even though most of our experience was good here, we would not stay again because of the thin walls. Neighbors’ normal conversation, tv, and alarm clocks were intrusively audible and regularly woke us and bothered us - so much so that we purchased ear plugs at a local store after the first night of disturbed sleep and tried to run the AC fan constantly so we could sleep better. That was a big bummer because this hotel is otherwise really wonderful. If you choose this place bring your ear plugs and/or white noise machine.

Everything at Motto was amazing! We will be staying with them at the Motto on all our future trips to Bentonville. Outstanding service, beautiful design and building, reverse osmosis water, nature soaps, paper cups! Thank you!
