The room stunk

Not sure No breakfast, no towels, ppl being loud and smell like weed

Never got tv to work and bathroom sink was plugged and when I dropped keys off at front desk slot early morning no one around homeless person was laying In vestibule which was a little unnerving

They did there best as they were under construction.. met our needs..

Rooms were dirty. Peeling couch caused excess all over our luggage. At one point we saw a cockroach. Dirty floors

It’s close to a few restaurants The rooms weren’t messy, just not clean. Weird things in drawers, no tv remote, all the light are connected, one night stand for a 2 person bed.

Did not feel clean. The TV in my room did not work. There was no phone in my room. Even though it was a suite with a refrigerator and stove, no plates pans silverware glasses were provided. They were available for “purchase.” no staff available overnight

Location and that’s all! Everything. Roaches and not clean at all, had to go to the store to buy cleaning supplies to clean bathtub so my grandson could take a bath. Had to change the sheets on the bed because there was wads of hair in the bed on the sheets. The maintenance man gave me clean sheets. Had to wash my feet to go to bed. We left as soon as someone was in the office to check out the next day.

The room was pretty bad! The floor was dirty and sticky, I had to wear shoes at all times. The bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned, there was hair on the floor under the sink and around the toilet and there was rust in the bathtub. The kitchenette Wasn’t much better, the sink didn’t drain properly and I didn’t dare try using the burners, luckily I didn’t have any food with me because there were bugs on the kitchen counter. The TV didn’t work the first few days either. Luckily I have family in the area and only used my room to sleep and shower. Ì stayed at this property 2 years ago when it was an Extended Stay and didn’t have any problems. I hope WoodSprings is better when the remodel is done but I wouldn’t recommend it right now. Expedia should not book this property until the remodel is done!

The price was cheap. The smell of smoke in the non smoking room.

The hotel is very ghetto.
