My Place Hotel-Bentonville Rogers AR

A great spot that’s “in the country” but walkable to the campus.

Place was clean,staff was nice we will stay here again.

It was good, We enjoyed the stay very much.

On top of that, the room and floors constantly felt damp and humid, which made the entire stay feel uncomfortable.

Parking was plentiful and well lighted.

The close proximity to everything. The kitchen in the rooms.

New property. Clean and comfortable. Free parking. Black out blinds, comfortable bed, recliner, nice bathroom and a full fridge in the room I stayed in. I liked the area and the staff. No breakfast was included but there are restaurants nearby. I would definitely stay here again.

Very impressed with My Place Hotel Bentonville Rogers Arkansas! It was clean, modern, and quiet. Front desk staff who checked me in were warm and professional. Air conditioning worked great, there’s a full selection of snacks in the lobby, And I slept great. Would definitely recommend them to other business travelers!

clean room , easy parking , great location

We were billed an additional $50.00 upon check oit. We did not check out late, we did not leave the room dirty, we were not even made aware of there being an additional charge

Me and several of my staff stayed in this hotel. We were all very pleased. Highly recommend

The hotel was exceptionally clean, both inside and out. The staff was friendly throughout my stay, and the front desk associate was especially helpful and kind during check-in. She made the process easy and made me feel welcome. I also appreciated how well-lit the outside of the property was. It made me feel safe coming and going, especially in the early morning and evening. Overall, this was a great experience, and I would absolutely stay here again if I’m back in the area for future appointments. Highly recommend!

The place was renovated so it looked nice. The staff were very friendly. The room itself was good but the beds were very uncomfortable and mattresses seemed dated. Our room’s lights kept shutting off due to the fuses blowing so that was inconvenient. The worst part was the smell. The halls smelled like cigarettes pretty badly despite being a “smoke free” facility.

The property is located at a residential area the place is very clean the property is well maintained and it’s very beautiful and quiet

The smell was not of a top rated hotel.

I selected an ACCESSIBLE ROOM online because I am handicapped! I really needed to have the “Roll-In” Shower that was pictured on Hotels.com, and because the hotel DID NOT GIVE ME AN ACCESSIBLE SHOWER OR A BATHTUB WITH GRAB-BARS (A.D.A.Regulations!), I was not able to take a bath or shower for the FOUR DAYS we were there!! Also, the toilet was NOT THE A.D.A. HEIGHT and HAD NO GRAB-BAR, I NEEDED HELP JUST TO GET-ON & GET-OFF YHE TOILET WITHOUT FALLING!!! The A.D.A. has RULES about Handicapped-Accessibility FOR A REASON & that is to enable handicapped people to travel like everyone else!!! YOUR HOTEL FAILED!!!
