Comfort Inn Bentonville - Crystal Bridges

Not much, no housekeeping staff came by at all, no fresh towels, we were promised a handicap room did not happen, ruined our whole stay, the carpet was wet by the bed by the window, very nasty. Was not a good stay for me or my family, bathroom floor was gross, the toilet had a wobble, we will never stay at another comfort inn again, I would asked for a refund but I’m sure it will not happen, my family will never reserve rooms with comfort inn, The whole stay

Quiet, clean I had to look for towels and suitcase holding rack. It seems the items were in a vanity & closet. I am used to having everything out to view. Bathroom lighting was so dim & yellow, being a female, I could not apply makeup.

I liked it was close to the hospital. The floor was soaked with water from the air conditioner, the air conditioner barely worked. The remote didn't work, the bed was uncomfortable.

It is my go to when I am in the area for Business. This is a great place to stay and close to the highway. Very short drive to Downtown Bentonville. Love it!

The room was clean and updated. Breakfast was great!

The hotel is strategically located to reach all your favorite places in Bentonville, including Slaughter Pen, Walmart, Compton Gardens, Crystal Bridges Museum, and Bentonville Downtown. The place is very clean, and the staff is very friendly. Pet friendly, great breakfast included, and it is pet friendly. Definitely, a good run for your money.

Breakfast was bang on. Really nice. The duct work in the bathroom clunked / thumped all night. Like someone driving a nail in the roof. Not loud but constant. Shut the door and it was almost gone, so it was OK. Just a curiosity.

Highly recommend! Super clean, spacious room. Breakfast was excellent (multiple meats, egg omelet, as well as egg casserole, biscuits & gravy, waffles, and all continental bfast options). Clean pool and hot tub. Well equipped workout room.

Location. Lack of towel hooks in the bathroom. (Not a good idea if you are supposed to reuse your ((wet)) towel for 2 days- due to “conserving water, energy, etc). Had to ask for coffee pod replacement as housekeeping does not clean/refresh stock every day. Too many teens running up and down the hallways day and night. Breakfast room was terrible- furniture was worn out. Not very clean. Poor breakfast options. (What was left- replenishment did not take place)

Accessible in this hotel means a regular bathtub/shower Combo with grab bars and a handicapped toilet. not very accessible. I will take Comfort Inns off my list of places to stay after staying here.

Clean, good breakfast, ample parking, large room, refrigerator, and microwave, large shower, and large bathroom countertop

Large bed, nice staff, convenient parking. Not enough towels or hooks. A/C way too loud. Breakfast was ok. I prefer coffee in ceramic mugs. The stairway was filthy!!!

The staff was very friendly. The room seemed nice but we woke up to our luggage and clothing inside being wet from the ac unit leaking water. After waking, we headed down for breakfast and there was an insect on my plate.

This was quite possibly the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. We checked in on Saturday, had to purchase our own toilet paper on Monday as housekeeping did not do anything with our room until being asked by us on Tuesday!!! Then after being asked, all they did was empty trash and leave new towels. Our keys worked intermittently and when you asked the front desk to rekey them you would’ve thought you were asking them to go above and beyond!! I could another rooms alarm clock go off every morning at 4:30 am!! I would not recommend this hotel!

rooms are large and roomy, staff is friendly, beds are comfortable The bad: Ice maker in freezer didn’t work Ice maker on our floor didnt work Upon arrival towels in restroom had not been replaced and old (dirty) towels were hanging on back of door We stayed 4 days. House keeping never came by. Not sure what their schedule is. Had to ask for more towels and more toilet paper from the front desk. Carpet in room is old and a bit funky. Warning Tile around pool area is very slick when wet, I almost fell and my 2 year old ate it twice. Tv in room is a bit small, not smart and on satellite, so when bad weather hits there’s no signal and so nothing to watch. The ugly: Bugs in the room. Ants and some other little black bugs.

Clean room, we stayed for 3 nights, no room service unless requested (I think). Breakfast was the same every day. Parking was good. Safe and well lit

Smelled like pot. In need of maintenance: air conditioning, cracked and broken floor tiles. Single, slow elevator that was a hot box. Pest control needed (ants in room). Would not stay here again and would recommend others go elsewhere. Not sure why it's rated well, reviews could be fake?

Great location to Bentonville area, just one exit away. They stated that an outside bike wash station is in the works. Breakfast was above the normal mini muffins with cheese egg omelets, fruit and of course waffles. Pool and laundry available. Only one elevator may make it busy during peak times. Fridge(no Freezer section) and microwave in room. Parking on site.

convenient location bathroom floor is dirty-needs to be power cleaning.
