Comfort Inn Bentonville - Crystal Bridges

We visit Bentonville a few times a year and usually stay here. It is clean everyone is friendly. Beds so comfortable. And is a good location just off interstate with easy access to town square and Crystal Bridges Museum

The hotel is in a great location overall, though our navigation app had trouble. The hotel was very clean and the room was in good shape. The pool area seemed well-maintained. The breakfast might be the only “mid” part because the eggs appeared to be of the powdered variety. As the eggs with a free breakfasr was the only “sort of” negative, I would anticipate staying here again when I come back to Bella Vista.

There was no coffee available in room or lobby. No maid service on second day, so no refreshed towels or bed made. Very disappointing. I will not recommend this hotel.

My kids love the hot tub and swimming pool.

Great stay so close to downtown and the museum.

Breakfast area was a disgrace. Food was what one expects at a motel, but no yogurt. Coffee machine was broken. Only alternative was regular coffee from a canister. No decaf. No hot water for tea or oatmeal. Chair seats — all of them — had begun to shred. Chair backs were coveeed in apparently sturdy fabric, but they were dirty. Tables were unsteady. Room was too small to accommodate guests from a motel that size. We came to visit Chrystal Bridges Museum, and this lodging was close and a pretty straight shot to get there, so that accomplished our goal.

Breakfast was really good! But other things lacked. The room had an odd smell, the AC wasn’t working in the gym, and the jets didn’t work in the hot tub. There were never towels in the pool area. The staff was very nice

When we arrived, We were issued a key to a room that was already occupied. We were given a different room and when we arrived there was a dirty sock left on the floor. The next day we left our hotel room definitely locked and upon our return it was unlocked. No one had cleaned the room or left fresh towels so I don't know if it was housekeeping or not. Went to the desk to get fresh towels. Not happy with this stay.

Had a hot breakfast every morning. Omelets, scrambled eggs, sausage patties, potatoes, biscuits and gravy. Cereals, yogurt, bagels and cream cheese, juices & coffee. It was a great way to start the day.

The back patio area is great but it needs some attention to the bushes and lawn. I always stay here when I go mountain bike riding.

Great location for going to Crystal Bridges Art Museum and Bentonville town square.

It is my go to when I am in the area for Business. This is a great place to stay and close to the highway. Very short drive to Downtown Bentonville. Love it!

The room was clean and updated. Breakfast was great!

The hotel is strategically located to reach all your favorite places in Bentonville, including Slaughter Pen, Walmart, Compton Gardens, Crystal Bridges Museum, and Bentonville Downtown. The place is very clean, and the staff is very friendly. Pet friendly, great breakfast included, and it is pet friendly. Definitely, a good run for your money.

Highly recommend! Super clean, spacious room. Breakfast was excellent (multiple meats, egg omelet, as well as egg casserole, biscuits & gravy, waffles, and all continental bfast options). Clean pool and hot tub. Well equipped workout room.

Accessible in this hotel means a regular bathtub/shower Combo with grab bars and a handicapped toilet. not very accessible. I will take Comfort Inns off my list of places to stay after staying here.

Clean, good breakfast, ample parking, large room, refrigerator, and microwave, large shower, and large bathroom countertop

Large bed, nice staff, convenient parking. Not enough towels or hooks. A/C way too loud. Breakfast was ok. I prefer coffee in ceramic mugs. The stairway was filthy!!!

The staff was very friendly. The room seemed nice but we woke up to our luggage and clothing inside being wet from the ac unit leaking water. After waking, we headed down for breakfast and there was an insect on my plate.
