Comfort Inn Bentonville - Crystal Bridges

The bed was so hard, the pillows need to be replaced. Needs a better chair for men to set in when spending lots of time in room and watching TV.

The shower setup was probably the best setup in any hotel we stayed at around Bentonville Two bathroom Towel refresh after three days Breakfast had little variation in fruits The room smelled really bad Only one elevator which broke down at a point Paid for expanded room but got normal room

Bathroom lighting was also inadequate. Toilet seemed to be of standard height; should probably be higher for an ‘accessible’ room. Shower controls were difficult; tub was low but should be walk-in/wheel-in. Not enough grab bars.

Nice breakfasts

overbooked and didnt get the room we booked. needed two queens and got one king. had to make plans on where to put children

Close to Crystal Bridges Room had issues with defective pieces of furniture.

The room had dirty underwear and dirty towels from a previous guest. There was food in the corner of the room. The TV had no remote control. The AC had poor airflow. The elevator was broken at check-in and we had to carry our bags up four flights of stairs by hand. When we reported these issues to the front desk we were told that we could cancel our reservation and go find a new room. This was inconvenient because it was already later in the evening and we had to report to the airport early for our flights.

This was the hardest bed I have ever slept on. I will be feeling this all week. On the upside this was probably the best shower I have ever taken in a hotel. Large shower, no tub to step into, super hot water and amazing water pressure.

The room was fine. The property needs maintenance however. Chairs in the breakfast area were peeling. The equipment needed to get hot water for oatmeal/tea was broken. People that worked there were hard to find. A fire alarm went off for three hours that apparently no one knew how to turn off. The location was great. The hot tub seemed well maintained although the pool was not too clear. Breakfast was okay...all of the hotels have the same rubbery eggs and stale danish, so that doesn't bother me too much. Except I couldn't have oatmeal as there was no hot water and it was just the instant kind. I would have given the place 3.5 stars but that is not an option. For the price, it was fine. Would probably stay somewhere else if I go again.

Great price

Exceptional

Rooms are very clean /breafast is delicious

room was nice bed was comfortable great location 3rd night was terrible guest with kids was above us and the kid or kids ran around and jumped around until after 11pm, there was no phone in room so I had to get dressed and go down to the desk to complain but they were alone and said they would try to remedy it but noise continued for 45 more minutes. The next morning it started up again at 7am. Why would you put someone over another room if the hotel is not full. I went down to the desk the next morning to complain again and demand another room but was told that they were checking out that day

When the Inn was upgraded, they did not upgrade the chairs in the breakfast room. That really stood out.

Room was large, HVAC good, nice bathroom, everything clean, fridge and microwave, breakfast acceptable ,

It’s was good The air conditioning was running loud and it’s only one way in and out

Cleanliness

Very clean we are very pleased with our stay

Location Air conditioning did not cool the room. Bed was NOT comfortable. Continental breakfast was NOT good.
