The room itself was underwhelming. The bathroom lacked counter space and the showerhead leaked up toward the ceiling. The walls were extremely thin. We could hear the family next door and all of the guests slamming their doors. The patio was small and extremely dirty as there was a mysterious puddle right outside the sliding door. We tried to look for the indoor pool during our stay, but was quickly discouraged. Our room was in building 1, the pool was all the way across the grounds in building 4. Overall I was very unimpressed and displeased with my stay at this hotel. I would absolutely not recommend this hotel nor would I stay here again,

the property location was beautiful. one of the best ive ever stayed at. only issues i had were pool area was super dirty, green algea was growing inside walls of the pool area, and no microwave in the hotel rooms. i was in building 4 and had to walk all the way to the front lobby area to heat up some food for my kids.

Loved the rooms!

Parking is expensive & charged additional. This was not well communicated during booking

Positive: 1- Convenient to Downtown, Major Highways 2- Staff very helpful, need to acknowledge guests that are waiting 3- Rooms are clean and well stocked (daily) 4- Property clean near guest room buildings 5- Good on-site restaurant 6- Valet staff - efficient and friendly 7- Pool and Gym equipment well-maintained 8- Check out easy with Hilton App Negatives: 1- Parking Cost$ Too High ($40.00 to self park) 2- Parking Lot is gated, but nothing stops any kind of Riff Raff entering the parking lots from 3 sides. Parking spaces across the street are full of people living in cars and and mini RVs that anyone can see, haven't been moved in a LONG time. Various non-guests seen day and night traversing back and side parking lots, Doesn't feel safe, at all! 3- Property surrounding back parking lots needs a lot of attention, repair to surfaces and daily trash pickup 4- Snack shop overpriced ($7.00 + for a coffee) most hotels offer complimentary coffee, many 24/7. 5- Long walk to any kind of shopping/dining, recommend driving 6- Best to locate your room, then locate closest Exit, then determine parking spot closest to exit door

Very convenient for my sport fishing charter with reel addiction thank you for warm cookies

Only one complaint. We are Hilton honors members and we selected our room the day before however when we got our room not only was it not the one we selected but was on the wrong floor. We selected the second floor so we could watch the fireworks without the trees and boats obstructing our view. When I reached out to Hilton honors they said it’s based off of availability. This just makes no sense if you select the room that they say is available prior to arrival why would it change.

Its at a great location with awesome views of the bay and marina but you have to drive a little ways to get to a store but there are couple good restaurants in the marina. The restaurant at the motel is not one of them and we considered it less than average after having dinner there. Staff is very friendly and helpful and its much easier to park then if you go to San Fransisco and safer then SF.

The room was fine, we were next to the elevator so all night it was going up and down , the fridge also didn’t work while being there.

It was ok. I was the only in line at check in and it took about 15-20 for someone to help and they weren't very friendly. Place was decent but very outdated. Right off the marina great view great location. Tried to dine at their restaurant waited over 40 minutes and the food still wasn't ready and it wasn't very busy so we left. Over all it was ok. Don't think we will be going back. Unfortunate because the view is beautiful.

Great place to stay.. food was ok in the morning

I liked the quiet, peaceful waterside atmosphere and pleasing architecture. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Room was run down (water damage and warping around fridge, musty smell). Disabled parking led to a door that was not disabled accessible. I had to either get someone to open the heavy door for me or wheel my chair all the way around through the parking lot to the front of the building. Note that parking is also charged at $45 per night. The location is peaceful, but not easy access for public transport.

Upon check in I was given a key to a room that was already occupied. When I returned to the front desk they could no longer find my reservation and were less than helpful. I ended up on the phone with hotels to get it sorted out before they would check me in. The rooms are dank and old. Bathrooms are dirty and very basic.

It would’ve been better with more complimentary amenities like they do at their other hotels.
