Front desk was rude... rms are far. Property was a bit run down for having to pay for breakfast...

We enjoyed our stay and liked the fact that there was a restaurant, pool, fitness room on site. Breakfast was good but my eggs were barely warm when served.

This is the second time my family staying in this hotel. Last time we stayed only one nights with not much Impression as we arrived late and left earlier. This time we booked 5 nights with my family. Staffs were helpful when we requesting a connecting room. But the room we stayed in had a terrible Cat pee smell, we had to open the balcony door all the time including night time. As everyday we returned to hotel room after a day out, house keeping usually will close the balcony door, which make the smell stronger everyday we returned back. Also the air condition has terribly loud noice each time it started running, I had to turn it off midnight. The overall condition of the hotel is outdated need renovation. Crapy parking lot and elevator. Everything need an urgent update.

All that, and this time their checkin system was down and it took hours for dozens of guests to checkin manually. Lots of frustrated guests missing their dinner appointments. We will not likely come again any time soon.

The hotel is conveniently located near the interstate. There are great views of the bay. The breakfast was also very good

Just fine

1. The phone in the room was not working!! 2. The shower was not working properly. 3. We were 2 families and we requested 2 rooms close by… of course, they gave us rooms way, way apart. 4. We have stayed only 1 night, came late and left early so had no time to notice the good parts.

Our stay started off very poorly. The hotel's system was down, and we had to wait more than two hours to check in. After finally being assigned a room, we discovered that it was already occupied by other guests. The entire check-in process was chaotic and extremely frustrating.

First room we checked into had ants had to fight with management for over an hour to get another room. We were traveling with a six month old baby. When management did finally give us a different room it was not cleaned very well at all. There was hair all over the furniture all over the bathroom floor in the sink and in the shower very disappointed in this Hylton property..

Everyone was very helpful and very friendly..

The hotel is a bit older, but very comfortable. The nearby marina and park were wonderful for walking and photography. I had a relaxing time and the hotel was part of the reason! I will be a return customer!
-
Very clean room, beautiful view from balcony. Quiet and relaxing. Staff was always available to help. The outdoor area was exceptional (right by the marina with a far view of San Francisco. Definitely worth the price.

Great views and Resturant

A parking fee of $45 a day is ridiculous.

Then when I finally got my keys, and walked half a mile to get to my building and room, I open the door and see another couple in there..who are shocked to see me. I closed the door and hurried back to the reception! So a full mile of walk for nothing after waiting for two hours! The facility is actually a slightly higher end motel and not really a Hilton-caliber facility. Stay away!

Hard to put words for how challenging it was becuase of the global outage the Hilton had shortly before we arrived.
-
Spacious rooms, great restaurant and helpful staff. Would visit again

Stayed at many doubletree’s. Never had an issue before. Three night stay. Arrived late first night. That next morning discovered ants in the room. Notified staff electronically never got a response. Room furniture was not just older and dated, but the veneer was coming off. Patio furniture had holes and was mostly unusable. The shower had no shampoo or conditioner when we checked in. There was no microwave in the room until one miraculously showed up the last night we were there. We were out and about a good deal during our stay so there wasn’t time to follow up with staff but the lack of communication was weird, if not bad

Had an old smoke smell to the non smoking room.
