The room and the hotel premises were clean. During my stay, the people at the front desk were very helpful, too. That being sad, I'm giving a low rating to the hotel because they put an additional charge on my credit card without providing a receipt and offering an explanation. I emailed the hotel for a receipt and a clarification, but my requests are being ignored. This behavior strikes me as highly unprofessional.

Walking distance to Berkeley. Many interesting restaurant options in the neighborhood. Had an unpleasant incident with the receptionist, and I made a complaint. The duty manager Eric and the property management were quick to respond and rectified the situation immediately in an apologetic and professional manner, which I greatly appreciated. Understand that there are always isolated incidents but the way the management handled it was hugely impressive and lived up to the Hilton Group of Hotels reputation!

Location close to Berkeley The receptionist Yana threatened not to check me in as I indicated that I will not write a good review! Absurd that a good review now becomes a prerequisite for check in?!?! Especially for a hotel under Hilton group!!!! The staff needs to be better trained!!!!

I love staying at The Graduate, it’s the only hotel I stay in when I go visit my daughter, everything is close by. The hotel is pretty nice, I like hanging out at the dining lobby, the Henry’s hotel is also convenient and they gave the best brisket burger. The rooms are clean and staff are very nice.

The pub food was very good.....great salad and good burger. So convenient if going to a show at the Greek Theater. You can walk there and parking at the hotel is easy and convenient.

The place is clean, comfortable, visually appealing and walk-able to everyplace we needed to go. We highly recommend staying there while in Berkeley.

It’s a great location and the room was quite comfortable. They also gave me a crib for my infant which was great. The restaurant is convenient, but the breakfast isn’t great. The staff at the reception can be a little unpleasant especially when you ask for help. And even though I was told my invoice will be sent by email to me I still haven’t received it and it has been over a week. I don’t think it’s a good use of anyone’s time to have to make a phone call to get this done. And I am still waiting to resolve an issue I had with one of my transactions at the restaurant. They are pretty slow at following up or doing anything that requires a little extra effort.

Fan/AC squeaky. Nicely renovated bathroom. Appreciated the hot water pot in room.

A quaint campus inn. Nice touches of architecture and history. Good restaurant.

I stay here every time I come to Berkeley. Always clean, well maintained and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Very tight room, not much walking space; but helpful staff; gym is also super small

Everything was substandard. The hotel is old and the rooms are small. There are minimal amenities (no cups in the bathroom, no shower caps, one body lotion; paper cups for instant coffee that were not replaced daily, housecleaning was inadequate, our room was not vaccumed, the bath mat was on the floor. When I asked for housekeeping to bring something, half an hour passed and I had to call again. The lobby has an odd smell. There was an empty water cooler in the seating area. The best thing was the $25 food and beverage credit at Henry's, food was decent.

Amazing location with cute decor. Nice view from our room. Be sure to ask about a credit you get at the restaurant.

Eric at the front desk was very helpful. He fulfilled our requests timely and professionally.
