Location to Greek theater Old, no party, no in room regular coffee available. Poor help when asked

This property was perfect for our visit to Lassen Volcanic Park area. I give an overall 5 stars. Although it was great to unplug (no Wi-Fi), the cell signal was very weak and having Wi-Fi might allow guests to check in with loved ones easier. Otherwise it was excellent!

The hotel has a fun old school collegiate vibe. The restaurant has yummy bar food and the waitstaff is kind.

The location was perfect! Room was nice. Fitness Center had everything I needed. And saving $25 off of breakfast was a bonus. We will definitely stay here again!

I love love LOVE this hotel! Amenities were so thoughtful! An electric teapot, a nightlight in the bathroom, etc. Just really love the character of the hotel, location, everything~

Breakfast on Sunday post game was good this time, with much faster service than 3-4 years ago. The tailgate in back was fun people watching with the students partying.

Beds comfortable, room clean. Nice location,walking distance to the Greek Theater. It was nice to have Henry's resturant and bar located on the 1st floor. Great drinks!

I had an excellent stay and would highly recommend. Well designed & curated rooms with comfortable bed, quiet/peaceful, as well as an abundance of third spaces downstairs (lobby, study/library, bar/cafe) for meetings or work. The staff were all quite friendly and helpful, and the location is ideal. I'll be having our team stay here for all future Berkeley based projects.
