River View Resort

The room was clean (but a bit dated), and comfortable. Staff was welcoming and very friendly. It was perfect to stay w/ my mother and teen-aged son. It was nice to have a full kitchen, and conveniently supplied with the essentials. We would stay there again!

People up above us are very noisy, floor made noise every time they moved.

The hosts were very accommodating for our late arrival and made our stay feel welcoming. We arrived too late to check out the pool.

It had a pool, but couldn't use it until 2nd night. The power went out in whole town due to unexpected micro storm that took out major transformer. The room was already paid for but no power, water, generator just a little flashlight for 3 people and a dog. We were given a pot of water for toilet but was from pool couldn't be used for washing. There was absolutely no compensation offered or a future discount etc..... Owner/manager absolutely lied when said she had to clean up from dog and several pee pads all over. We were up there for work and the dog was very behaved and no accidents! Place was spotless when we left!!!

The air conditioner in the room with the queen bed was not working so my husband and I had to sleep in the other room with two twin beds, which we did not like. When we arrived the living room smelt like animal pee, and I had to spray some perfume just to make it better.

Clean and comfortable and close to everything we wanted to do Nothing

Easily accessible, close to everything, clean and very friendly staff. Tiny toilet right against the wall was not suitable for my 6’2” husband with arthritis. Recommend updating the toilets to something taller and oblong seat. If you renovate get it more than 2 inches from the wall. Other than that everything was fine.

We were under the outdoor stairs and heard a lot of foot traffic and talking. It’s clearly a popular place to stay!

Great size rooms big pool great price friendly people

The rooms were very spacious, clean, and well maintained. Close to plenty of hiking trails. We stayed one night before starting our hiking and camping weekend but decided to forego our ovenight camping plans and ended up booking another night at the hotel instead! The staff was wonderful, kind, and genuinely pleased to accommodate us. Would definitely stay again.
