We were under the outdoor stairs and heard a lot of foot traffic and talking. It’s clearly a popular place to stay!

The rooms were very spacious, clean, and well maintained. Close to plenty of hiking trails. We stayed one night before starting our hiking and camping weekend but decided to forego our ovenight camping plans and ended up booking another night at the hotel instead! The staff was wonderful, kind, and genuinely pleased to accommodate us. Would definitely stay again.

Having two bedrooms and plenty of room. No microwave and minimal kitchen utensils and cooking pans.

We drove in for a overnight/day trip to Sunday River. The suite was larger than we expected which was great for the kiddos. Everything was clean, staff and their cute dogs were super friendly. We didn't have the energy for the pool and hot tub but that was a big plus too. Zero issues - 10/10 would stay again. That we couldn't stay longer.

For old style motel it was exceptionally clean and comfortable for my needs. Ski trip...

It was clean and comfortable. The pool area with hot tub and sauna was clean and well kept. Full kitchen made it easy for meals. Beds were comfortable including the sleep sofa which typically isn’t the case. A small issue but no salt and pepper shakers. Plenty of other kitchen items. The game room was sparse. The 16 year was hoping for a pool table but not enough room in the game room.

Location to Sunny River The beds were very uncomfortable, the twin beds and the full-size bed. The TV in the living room was a 32 inch TV such a small TV for the size of the room.

Had a wonderful stay! The kids enjoyed the big pool and game room. The room was very spacious (we had a 2 bedroom) , and had all necessary kitchen appliances and tools. The decor is basic but that’s definitely reflected in the price. Would absolutely stay again!
