Check- in was effortless and efficient — and communicated well. Place was clean and well- prepared

The Jacuzzi was very nice and I met the cleaning lady and we had a great conversation. It’s great to see someone loved their job and the people they worked for.

The breakfast was excellent

Wonderful place!

Needed a place to stay at the last minute. Even though there were no staff, we were able to make a reservation and get a room quickly and easily. Simple accommodations but it was a great stay!

The Inn has been updated, the bed comfortable, location ideal and very affordable compared to other places in this location.

Some nice upgrades. New bed, table, chairs, nightstand, outlets for chargers. New sinks in bathroom. Nice reorganizing of former closet space into kitchen area with microwave, refrigerator, coffeemaker, bar stool seating. Former area for these is now the closet. Much better use of the space. Good lighting. Still need a lot of insulation in front wall to quiet the road noise. Some kind of softer material on the deck outside the front door would help quiet the foot traffic on the current pressure treated wood that causes the simplest foot traffic to sound like storm troopers. Could use better insulation in the rear window that now houses the AC unit. Lot of cold air coming in there even in the moderate temperatures of last week of winter.

A recently refreshed style made this room appealing and the super clean space with comfy beds set everyone at ease The bathroom is a lovley modern white super clean space. The little nook with fridge and microwave and coffee maker was nice and convenient. The hot tub beckoned a few guests out but it was never crowded and I had the tub to myself under the stars. The location allows you to walk to the Good Food Store/ gas station. Would definitley stay again!

Great value for what we paid, room clearly old that was updated with cute decor. The location near Sunday River was the best. Hot tub was really nice, a little weird being in front with people driving by, but nice and warm. The only negatives, shower is a very small stall, and bathroom handle is very hard to latch, took a family of 3, 2 days to catch on how to latch (push door, hold door close and flick handle up with other hand), that really needs to be fixed.

Adorable! Self check in and self checkout. This hotel is super easy, clean, and comfortable!

Room was clean and fresh, great location, and the staff (Colin?) was extremely helpful, prompt and went above and beyond. Something went wrong with the coffee maker and when we got back to the room there was a brand new one waiting! So nice! Hot tub was perfect after a day of skiing.

This was our second time staying at the Rostay. It’s a nicely renovated motel in a convenient location, at reasonable prices. Close to town and about a 8 minute drive to South Ridge
