No bathtubs..boo! No snacks out for the M club at night ( and there are always supposed to be snacks) and coffee machine was not working in the morning.

Very spacious and accommodating property. They charged me $250 dollars because it said I didn’t pay online thru booking.com but I did. So be prepared for any unexpected charges. Parking is $33 which is a rip off in my opinion but they gotta make money somehow. At night you’ll find roaches crawling the outside maybe from the metro or something Also the rooms are sometimes combined so there would be a door that could reach into another room. Not very private and you can hear everything….

Beatiful hotel, but it wasn't cheap. There was no hot water the night of or the morning. Pet fee was $150 unlike stated price. Paid for parking through Expedia and was charged at hotel because they couldn't see it.

I think this is a real five star hotel, I was offered bottle of water felt the hospitality immediately, not to mention the cleaning crews were very polite. Even the kitchen staff offered me a free coffee when she learned I already checked out. The conference room was clean except the screen was small and pointer was provided

The staff wasn’t nice and helpful they told us the outside garage was full while it wasn’t and the overnight parking rate was unfair. For a room advertised as 188 we ended up paying almost $300. There wasn’t even drinking water in the room and they gave us water at the reception.it was more than a hundred degrees outside.

Wonderful hotel! Close to Metra. Front desk staff was so helpful and kind. It was very hot when we were there, each time we came in after being in DC all day, they offered us water.

No complimentary coffee or breakfast, only two towels for two people, no foldable luggage rack in a senior room, one bottle of water for two people!!

we had late drinks and the area was busy with other guests also having meals no included continental breakfast

It is a nice, clean, well-maintained hotel with a beautiful gym. A short walking distance is a small downtown with shops and restaurants. Very conveniently located.
