There's better hotels. Not ideal for family travel.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Parking was good. Would definitely recommend staying here

The room had a strong odor and even the sheets smelled terrible which made it hard to fall asleep. There was no top sheet on the bed, only a duvet/comforter. The two wastebaskets did not have any liners in them. There was no bag for packing our dirty/worn clothes for our trip home. The room needs some attention/updating as the wallpaper was curling at the ceiling and in other places throughout the room.

On Expedia free breakfast was listed but there is no free breakfast. Also I extended for just a night and was charged another $50 for parking making a total of $100 just for parking.

Great service

It is ok, room was comfortable but felt exposed more like a motel.
-
Like everything but not happy there is no continental breakfast
-
Everything was perfect

The “shop” next to front desk should have some real food beside chips and snacks such as yogurt , cottage cheese, etc. as the restaurant does not open until 5. Bar opens at 5…. It would be nice if it opened earlier and that sandwiches could be available.

Hotel is clean, room was good and beds are comfortable. We did have issue with light on top of the bed ( we couldn’t turn it off) and it was late to call for help. So we just find the plug and help ourself. Staff was friendly
-
Fitness center had very good equipment. Small but solid commercial and new. No free coffee at the front desk. Hotel clean and staff polite.
-
Garage was full and some guests were taking up 2 spaces with one car.
-
Parking isn’t included though.

We had no air conditioning for 2 days. Booked the room with breakfast included only to arrive and be told that it was not included. The price to pay for breakfast was way too expensive. I was told that we would get backn1 nights stay refunded to my card and that never happened. The beds were AWFUL. The ONLY good thing about this hotel was the front desk staff. DO NOT stay in this hotel.

Property was dated. Parking is for a fee, was told in and out parking for the day was included but was not given proper instructions on how to exit without incurring a fee (front desk was able to remove that fee from my bill thankfully). Staff was courteous and helpful (with one exception, unfortunately I didn’t get her name however she wrote a saffron sash tied in a bow sting her waist) who knew nothing about the area, provided incorrect instructions on how to exit the garage parking without incurring a fee and did not know how to add my stay to my Hilton rewards account. I was informed by another more helpful employee that she was new but even so I don’t believe she was well suited for her role. Thankfully the manager (I assume) was more helpful.

The Starbucks staff member was missing for over 20 minutes on our first morning at the hotel June 30. All other staff were wonderful.
-
Great room and very clean everywhere! However, limited hours of operation for the Starbucks or cafe and restaurant/bar. Not many choices to eat if you arrive after 11pm or very early checkout. Even the little market shop is limited in options.

The staff members that welcomed us in, I don’t remember her name but she said she was Jamaican and she checked us in 10:30 pm when we arrived, whenever we saw her she spoke nicely and respectfully to us she really loves what she does because she gave us the best treatment ever. Room service wasn’t bad but they could have done it way better
