Check-in staff was less than my usual expectations for my typical Hilton experience. Not very warm and welcoming. Hotel and rooms are cool. Hallways and property appeared less than clean (might be due to a Sunday check-in). Bartender at the bar was excellent!

The hotel was in a very good location. However parking and breakfast were an extra expense. You could use valet or for slightly less self park. Breakfast was offered at the attached restaurant but the buffet option was very poor at best. We chose to eat elsewhere after the first try. The decor was well maintained but dated (modern farmhouse) which seemed odd for such an upscale neighborhood. The room was comfortable and spacious. But they initially gave us a horrible view. I asked to be moved and they did do that and the second room was better. I did use the gym and they had new and nice equipment. Next time we’re in the area we would likely stay somewhere else.

I had to wait for what seemed like more than 10 minutes before being acknowledged by the hotel attendant in order to check in. Although, I was the only one in line, she was on the phone dealing with several other matters related to the hotel.

I love this hotel. Concrete floors just seem cleaner and bathrooms and rooms are so up to date. I’m a very picky person and stress with cleanliness. This place is amazing.

Very nice size room. Very very pleased with the temperature and water pressure of the shower. A plus! Didn’t like that the fridge doesn’t keep food cold. Huge plus with restaurant in the hotel. Hotel location is superb. Walking distance to lots of bars, restaurants and shopping. Very happy with this stay and would stay here again.
