I mean it's a okish hotel experience. I wish the thermostat was easier to control, and the bed wasn't too comfy, it was soft yeah but i could feel the springs

Exceptional

Spacious room - great use of space. Sliding door to separate sleeping from bathroom spaces. Industrial decor, clean, plenty of space for luggage, etc. So many dining and shopping options right there. Have to park in parking deck and pay extra (might have valet parking at extra cost).
-
Shops nearby okay, no microwave and the break fast poor.

Staff was great, room was good, No bottled water in the room, didn't like the concrete floor, AC didn't work so I had to move to a different room at 10:30 at night before my wedding day.

No hot shower, very uncomfortable pillows. But the staff were really great!

Loved the location and proximity to shopping and restaurants - everything we needed was within walking distance. The valet parking process went seamlessly, and everyone was helpful. Gorgeous hotel in a beautiful, safe area.

Beautiful hotel and surrounding area.

Very nice hotel rooms, very accommodating staff that helped us get a microwave and even returned a phone we left there. This hotel is also located in a great plaza in Bethesda that you don’t have to leave to enjoy good food, drinks, and entertainment.
